They did the work and it turned out well! He did a very nice job; he was very personable and professional and he went out of his way to make my schedule work with him and that was really helpful.

He was super nice, clean and not at all a problem.

They were wonderful! He came to the house on time, he was prompt and cheerful and let me know he recycled many of the items that he took and that made me feel better.

I called the night before. John was able to get to me at 9:00am the next day. Due to the large quantity of stuff I had the price was a little more which I was aware of in advance. He had to bring a bigger truck due to wouldn't fit in pickup. Very professional, polite and on time.

John was great. We spoke on the phone to set up a haul away when another provider failed to contact me. We texted back and forth to arrange pickup and John was right on time on the day agreed. John was responsive and courteous and I will use him again in the future. I highly recommend his service. Thanks John!

Couldn't be happier with experience. Emailed John to set appointment and he came by on a Saturday exactly when he said he would. I had neglected to take apart the pergola as I had intended on doing because I wanted to save a portion of it for rebuilding a new one. Despite it being freezing cold outside, John was more than happy to help out and disassemble and keep the pieces I wanted to. They took the stuff away in no time and the cost was far less than any other option I have looked into in the past. Along with the great service, John is an extremely nice man - very professional. I'd give Schott Services my absolute highest recommendation for any service they perform.

He picked up and hauled away the pile and then some, charging an extra $35 for a partial load of garbage. I really appreciate that he only charged a pro rata rate rather than a full $125 for a full load. He also swept up the area when he was done. I would certainly use his services again.

They hauled away a dog house from the backyard and an old trampoline. They did great and it turned out fine!

I had emailed to check if service was in our area, and it was not. However, another person from our area purchased a coupon, so we they did come to haul our junk. It was within a day of purchasing coupon. If he were willing to come to our area again,would definitely use.

I had recently tore down a master bathroom down to the studs and had all of the drywall, double sink, mirrors and many contractor full trash bags to be hauled away. I immediately got on Angie's list and signed up for the Big Deal with Schott's Services for them, to haul away a pick up full of rubbish. John answered my email questions within 30 min. of writing him and we set an appointment within 2 days. John was on time, called me several times to let me know how soon he would be at the house and was most courteous. I had everything ready for him in our garage and attempted to help him carry items to the truck, but he refused. I informed him I would definitely be using his services again through Angie's list and was very grateful to have chosen him to the the hauling job at hand. I would recommend him again and already have today. I'll be using his services again this spring! He even accepted a rather large item from a neighbor across the street with no charge! He knows how to treat customers!.

The young man arrived on time and removed a bunch of old furniture, TVs and other stuff cluttering my house. I was a little nervous that he would either damage a wall in my narrow hallway or drop something on my hardwood floors but he was extremely careful and no harm was done. I would definitely use this company again.
