We contracted John Schott through one of the Angie's List big deals. When we called to arrange for a pick-up date, John asked good questions about what we had so that he would be prepared for the load. He called in advance to confirm the time of pick up, wore shoe covers in the house, and in no time had loaded up the stuff. He was pleasant and professional. Would definitely recommend him, and we would use him again.

Overall, the service was excellent, affordable, and reliable. This was a purchase through the Angie's List "Big Deal" - hauling away a truck load of junk for $79. I made the purchase and reached out to Schott's on Monday, March 25 by e-mail. The owner, John Schott, replied almost immediately and was available to schedule the service for the very next Saturday, March 30. On the day of service, John called me in advance as I requested, arrived on time, and hauled away everything we designated. Some of these were heavy, bulky items that had to be carried up or down a flight of stairs. Items included an old tube TV set, a broken treadmill, a large sofa, a dresser, and a rusted grill. John and his helper were both careful and quick. The price was incredibly reasonable for the services we received - we expected to pay a lot more. We would definitely recommend these service and use them again.

They arranged the appointment and confirmed the time with me 2 days before the appointment. When they arrived, they discussed my needs and completed my requests. They were courteous and neat.

It was a good experience from start to finish. The call for scheduling was made and the service was provided promptly on the date and at the time requested. We paid a little more for the extra material we had to be hauled away but we had expected this and we were happy with the amount we paid to get all that we had hauled away. We were extremely pleased with the service from Schott Services and would use them again.

The service was very easy to schedule. I sent John an email on Sunday and heard back from him within a couple of hours. Everything was scheduled by email for the next day (Monday), and John called to let me know when he was in my area. John was very punctual, friendly, and professional. He used every little bit of space in his trailer to ensure I got the best value out of the load. I will definitely call John again in a couple of weeks to have him haul away some more leaves and branches. Thanks!

Great experience. Pick up was scheduled for 9 am on Saturday morning; John called me the day before to make me aware that he may have to push back the pick up time (which was fine, but ended up working out and he could come as originally scheduled). He arrived promptly at 9, had the junk and debris loaded up within 15 minutes and was on his way. He likely took even more stuff than the size I had originally paid for, which was very much appreciated. Friendly and professional; would not hesitate to use Schott Services again!

Arrived on time were friendly and courteous. They were very efficient and took care of my house when hauling items out.

This was an excellent experience from start to finish. I had to reschedule the date and he was very agreeable to that. He called when he was about 20 minutes away and was on time. John was very pleasant and careful not to track dirt in the house. He took most of the stuff I had ready for him - I still have more to go. He does recycle anything that can be recycled, and I will definitely be calling on him again. I found John trustworthy and I highly recommend this service.

I had contacted John Schott prior to purchasing the Big Deal he was offering to ensure it would include removing a treadmill from the basement. I also stated that I wanted him to bring a small refrigerator up and leave it in our kitchen. He said that this would not be a problem, and that it would be included in the Big Deal. I then purchased the Big Deal Coupon. When we were ready for him, I e-mailed him that whenever he was in the area to let us know to ensure we would be home. He e-mailed back, and stated that he would be in our area the next day, and that he would call when headed our way. To sum it up, John did what he said he would do in a professional manner. He was very personable. We are extremely satisfied, and will use him again.
