He came to the house during the time specified, loaded up his trailer with our items and hauled them away. He was excellent!

I rang John on Friday, June14 and tho he is extremely busy, he fit us in the very next day, Sat June 14. He was quite responsive and rang when he told me he would. I was not there myself when he hauled the junk away, but my husband said he was very clean, polite and got the job done very thoroughly and quickly. We would definitely use him again.

Called me back within hours of my message. Very professional. Asked great questions. Cannot do our job until August so we are looking for someone else.

I called on Thursday and was told he would try to pick up our debris on Sunday and he'd let us know if that day worked. Sunday morning he called and asked if he could be by in 10 minutes. He arrived and loaded debris and was on his way.

John was very accommodating and professional. He hauled away everything I asked him to and made sure that the areas he worked in were in good shape when he was done. I would definitely use him again and recommend him for this type of work.

John kept us up-to-date on his schedule for completing our work. We knew when to expect him and he showed up right on time. He did all of the work within the estimated dollar amount. He did a great job in all of the areas of our large yard and we are very pleased with the finished results. We have used John before and will certainly use him again.

E-mailed and called for quote and pick up of trash. Was advised would try to come same day or the next, and would call to advise. I missed his first call, but we connected on the second, and he said he could come the same day, which I appreciated. Arrived at time he estimated. I was very happy that the work was done so quickly. I am sorry I did not get a 10% discount, as I was not aware of it. Might have made the cost a little better. BUT the work was done quicker than I expected, and very good. I would use again...and check for any discount.

John and his son did a great job! They were on time, respectful and hauled everything I asked. There were many items from the basement and garage, they were clean did not damage any walls. I was very impressed and would highly recommend them.

John was very professional about keeping in touch to let me know when he would be there. He was very quick about the work, and even tried to sweep up a little dirt left on my driveway from some of the plastic flower pots we were throwing away from all the planting we did this year. About three days later we received a hand written letter thanking us for the business, and a coupon for any future work! Who does that anymore! I was truly taken aback by John's dedication to ensuring that his customers are happy. I would certainly recommend his services to anyone looking for lawn care or junk removal. If I could give him higher than an A for service and professionalism I certainly would.

John was very responsive and asked me to text him pictures of the grills and the step so he would know what to bring. Because of the rain off and on, the times and dates kept adjusting which I told him was perfectly fine with me. As it turned out, he showed up two days earlier than he originally said, which was much appreciated. I was astonished at how efficiently he was able to cart out the smokers. One of the smokers weighed about 275 pounds. I offered to help and was able to give him some minimal assistance at one point, but he basically did it single handed. Because he was so responsive and performed the task in the rain, I wrote the check for an extra $25 which he said was too much. If that doesn't speak directly to his character, nothing does. Of course I told him to keep it. He will be my go to guy for any similar service. Thank you A/L.

I didn't use this provider because his service was contingent upon services from another provider. However, he was punctual, quoted what I thought was a fair price, and was helpful in giving my some advice on a project. I will use him in the future.
