John was on time, courteous, and able to lift very heavy articles with no problem. His truck and trailer were in great condition and could accommodate a large amount of whatever needs to be hauled away.

John and his team were polite, punctual and efficient. They quickly removed all items in a clean and friendly manner. I will use them again and highly recommend.

Bought Big Deal for $79. Well worth it. Provider contacted me very soon after I purchased deal, next day. We played phone tag for a couple of days, mainly because of my schedule, but provider was very diligent about making several attempts to contact me, by phone and email, which I really appreciated. They arrived on time, hauled away more items than we originally discussed with no additional charge, and they were very friendly. The main guy (John, I believe) was really cool. I was happy with their work and would definitely use them again.

I recieved an email from Schott Services, LLC shortly after I purchased the voucher. I responded to the email saying I had tree clippings cut down and ready for pickup. Schott Services, LLC responded quickly again and came to my home that day to pickup the clippings I had piled up by the curb. They picked up every single stick, I didn't even see a stray leaf. Great job, thank you!!

Mr. Schott quickly returned my call and arranged a pickup time for the lawn debris. He arrived as scheduled, and the job was completed quickly and with no additional clean up required by me. I could not ask for anything to have gone better!

I bought a new refrigerator and needed the old GE side by side, circa 1990, hauled away and disposed of appropriately. John responded quickly to my service request on a cold, rainy day in January. He was prompt and punctual. Agreed to take additional junk from the garage at a fair price in addition got my Angie's List Discount. He's got a new customers

all went well, I think I purchased a special deal for $99. But, then he charged extra $25 for some landscaping debris so I had to pay more. I didn't care for that. But, he was very nice, in my neighborhood, and I'd use him again but now I know it will cost extra with landscaping waste.

Sent up an appointment when he would be by to pick things up in the afternoon on the following Sunday. He called late in the morning of Sunday to let us us know he would be a lot earlier and if that would be okay. We said sure thing. He loaded everything on his truck without our help. Very professional and enjoyed talking to him Would use him again

John contacted us promptly and was informative about his plans to pick up. He was courteous and highly professional. We will be using John again in the future for more removal of items and hauling.

This provider was extremely punctual, courteous and professional. He not only removed all of junk from the yard barn but swept the barn and left it ready for me to replace items being kept with no more work for me! I would definitely use this provider again.

John is very nice and wonderful to work with. He's a "regular guy" and was very helpful. He showed up when he said he would and hauled away all of the debris from our remodel. WONDERFUL!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Service was great! John showed up at the agreed upon time. Reviewed what I wanted done and then went to it. He confirmed my satisfaction before he left. The trees and yard look great now. They cleaned up everything and worked quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use them again!

Mr Schott was really nice. He called to confirm the date, and called again when he would be here. We told him it might be more than a pickup truck full so he brought a bigger truck along with the pickup.. He got it all in the pickup and took everything we requested. I'll use him again when we get more stuff that needs to go. He did such a good job we gave him a little extra for coming on a sunday.

He was professional about setting a date and coming on time. He took everything allowed by the city, and even swept out my garage afterward. He took only what I wanted him to take, and was very friendly.

I purchased the service in March as an Angie's List Big Deal. I contacted Schott Services a week before the deal expired and they were able to fit me into their schedule. John arrived at the time agreed upon and loaded and removed the junk pile I had assembled. Work was done quickly and professionally.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for a pickup load of hauling with Schott Services. It took less than 4 days from when I called to make an appointment to when John came to my house to haul the trash items. He was extremely courteous and professional. I would highly recommend his services, and am planning on calling him again when I have my next load of trash removal items ready.

John and his helper arrived on time on a Sunday to tackle the job. It was a warm day and they worked hard. There was quite a bit of yard waste to be removed and they worked at it until all clear. His pricing was extremely fair. He and his helper were very personable, polite, and even raked the area when done to get the last bits.

John did a GREAT job! He was very nice to work with, and treated the job as if he was doing it at his own house! He was very good with communication, punctual, and caring! He does excellent work, and I would hire him again in a minute!!! :-)

I emailed John (owner) notifying him that I had purchased the "big deal" on Angie's List that his company had offered and wished to schedule the pick-up of items I needed removed. John emailed me back same day suggesting 2 different days that would work for him that were one week apart. We decided on a date. John showed up on day we agreed upon a few minutes earlier than scheduled. While I had the majority of the items I needed removed in my garage and ready to load some of the items I had not had a chance to move. John had no issue with going through my home and removing the items I pointed out. John and I came to an agreement on the spot to an additional price to remove a hot tub for me which I had already had ready for transport. I helped him to load that as he was not expecting to move a hot tub thus had not brought help. John even gave me some advice on fixing a walk behind mower which I was having trouble with staying running. All in all, a professional, class act. Hopefully, I don't let junk pile up on again but if I do I know I have a trustworthy, fair, company I can call for help. -Dustin

I called John two days before the scheduled date of service. He was punctual, professional, conscientious, and efficient in his work. John is on my "short list" of preferred (Angie's list-sourced) contacts.

We had a couple of piles of tree and lawn trimmings that had been sitting for a while. We also had 5 bags of old roof shingles from recent garage work. Not having a truck at our own disposal, we really needed a service to take the stuff for us. I contacted John via e-mail and he responded within a day. We talked over everything I needed and decided on a pick up time for a few days out. John said he would call the day before to confirm. As it turned out, he was going to be nearby on the day before we were scheduled and he asked if it would work out to do the haul then. We had no conflict with that and I'm one to get things done sooner than later anyway, so win-win. John arrived at our house within an hour of our phone conversation (as expected) and despite some rain coming in earlier than we were hoping, he loaded everything we needed to have gone and even raked up the patch where the pile had lain for so long. John is a great, friendly guy who does thorough work. He is accommodating and responsive and I will definitely call him again when we need his services!

They were great. I bought a big deal for hauling. They came to the house, I walked around with him to show him what I wanted removed...an old wood playset, an old plastic sandbox, and miscellaneous other stuff. He even had enough room in my load to take an old riding lawnmower. They loaded it up and took it away.

I contacted Mr. Schott at the beginning of the month knowing that our Big Deal coupon would be expiring soon. I gave him dates that we were available. We agreed upon a date and he kept in touch to make sure the date was still good for us. He showed up with his truck and trailer and hauled everything off of our porch. He even offered to sweep up the floor afterwards.

John came with a truck and additional trailer. He took everything I pointed to in my basement and garage. He even moved a set of shelves in the garage for me so that I could park my car in there. He took many things for me and I think still had room for more if I had wanted to get rid of more. He wanted to know if I was pleased before he left. He really put the customer first! I highly recommend him and plan to call him again when I am ready to part with more things.

Wonderful service. John was able to come over to my house between jobs and haul away all of the shrubs and old tin roof. Great customer service!!
