John spent well over an hour discussing possible causes and sources. We discussed possible corrective actions. John followed up several times but I have not committed. He is very knowledgeable and helpful.

He and his assistant showed up on time, were pleasant and personable, and did the 'thankless' work without any qualms. It was the best $175.00 I spent in 2013. Without hesitation I would hire Schott Services LLC again, as well as recommend him to any of my friends and/or neighbors. The type of service Mr. Schott provided (trash hauling) was excellent and he and his assistant left the grounds in better condition that when they first arrived. For anyone who lives on the south side of Indianapolis, you would be a fool not to hire Schott Services for any type of trash hauling or landscaping. Mr. Schott is a perfect example of the type of vendor Angie's List customers seek out through this service. I wish only continued success to Schott Services.

Provider promptly called me to schedule service, which was challenging during the big snow/deep freeze week. Was able to connect on Friday when he committed to coming after noon, close to 1:00. Called when he was en route to alert me and was very close to 1:00pm. Not only took couch and love seat to be dumped (and had to schlep it down our looong driveway [100 feet+] because he couldn't get his truck and trailer up it with the snow), but also brought down a heavy chair from our 2nd floor to the living room. Was pleasant, professional and courteous. Would highly recommend for someone needing to get rid of large, bulky or other junk items.

Mr. Schott came the same day to take our mattresses and sofa and loveseat away as we were moving in 2 days and because of weather, a previous company could not get our load before we moved.

I participated in the big deal from Angie's list. John was very responsive and picked up in a timely manner. Will use again.

Everything was wonderful. They called several times beforehand to set up and verify the appointment, and then for directions. They maintained good communications and were very professional in their services and presentation. I would highly recommend them.

I bought a "big deal" for 1 pickup trucks worth of junk removal. It was not an easy job, and he did not even balk at it. This is not a fly by night operation, Schott has very nice equipment, A new truck and trailer. He did such a good job I had him do more than anticipated.

He was excellent. He was responsive, on time, and took everything away with a smile. He was very personable.

He was too far away and did not service my area, but he was fine over the phone and apologetic. I was able to get my refund quickly.

John arrived on schedule despite the cold weather and snow covered streets. I had a large load of things in the attic upstairs for John to haul away. I was surprised how quick the job was completed. No mess or mis-haps. I had to give him a tip for all the work he did in getting rid of all my junk stuff. John is very friendly and personal but gets right to work and gets the job done. This is the second job John has done for me. I would recommend John to everyone family and friends.

We purchased a Big Deal through Angies List and John hauled away all of our carpet. He was prompt in all of his responses, a great communicator, was on time and completed the job very quickly! The load we had to haul was larger than the coupon, but John was willing to take away the full amount. He even followed up with a hand-written thank you note! John is a hard working small business owner that does fantastic work. I would definitely hire John for any future projects.

Excellent Customer Service (Flexible on times, very communicative on setting up times and letting me know when they were on their way.) And they were very quick on the removal. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

I was in need of having a few things removed from my mother's house before the closing a couple of days later. I contacted Schott Services in the morning, and John said that he could come out in a couple of hours. I appreciated his quick response and was grateful that he was able to help on such short notice. John and his father removed a few items from my mother's house and also came to my house ( I live close by) and hauled several large items ( exercise equipment, lg tv, lg recliners, etc.) away. I was very happy with the service and thought that the price was very reasonable. John is very professional and a great person to work with. I highly recommend him. Will definitely use Schott Services again!

My husband I were so pleased with John Schott's responds to our purchase of Angie's Big Deal! We bought it in the morning and were contacted by John almost immediately! We set a time to meet-that day-to clean out our storage unit! He was prompt, polite, thorough and professional! We were amazed to get that big job done that day! We had been talking about it for so long time, it was such a relief to get it finished and couldn't have done it without John! Thanks John and thanks Angie for having such good deals! It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fantastic. They came right out when they were supposed to and they took my whole box of papers and shredded them right there onsite. I couldn't have been more pleased with them. I loved their price; it was good. Their service was excellent. I would definitely use them again.

The service provided to me by Schott Services, LLC turned out fine. We were very happy with it. We did have some trouble getting a hold of them. We paid for a pick-up load to get hauled away, but then we talked to him about coming back again sometime with a larger truck. We've lived here for 35 years and there's a bunch of stuff in our basement. We'll be having him back again. My husband was here the day they came and had very good things to say about him, and my husband is kind of picky, so it went very well.

It was 5 long trenches and John is a professional. He preforms the job like he is doing it for his own home. Fair price for the very labor intensive job.

John and team were very punctual and professional. Removed several large household items (ie couch, TV, carpet remnants, etc.) and were very careful & cautious in process. As well, removed numerous items from garage as part of our "deal". Would highly recommend and use again. Also intend to utilize other possible landscape services in the future.

This was the second time using this hauling service and it was great all around. John made sure I was completely satisfied and moved a piece of exercise equipment upstairs for me in addition to the hauling.
