John contacted me very soon after I purchased the coupon and arranged to haul away my load the next day. I have used John's services several times before, and I would have contacted him this time even without the coupon. If you want someone reliable and good to work with you need to contact John Schott.

As we began cleaning the basement, we realized that the cabinet, shelving unit and other miscellaneous items needed to be removed. In an effort to get it done that same day, we called Schott Services. We realized there was a slim chance that John would be able to accommodate our request on such short notice. However, we were more than pleasantly surprised he was able to come out that same day (within a couple of hours of calling!) to do the work. He was professional, honest, and we would hire him again without any hesitation.

Having him haul everything definitely beats getting an expensive dumpster or using Bagsters, which can get expensive quick, especially if they are heavier than Waste Management's weight limit. It really gave me peace of mind after he quoted me an excellent price for a difficult job! Highly recommended!

He showed up on time and managed to maneuver in my un-shoveled driveway, backing his truck up to the door. Although I had more than a full load's worth of junk (just moved to town and had lots of broken down boxes, packing paper and a few broken appliances), he agreed to take everything I had at no extra charge. I really appreciated that and his professionalism. I got out of his way, he moved everything quickly. I would definitely use Schott Services again.

We used Mr. Schott's company on 2 different occasions. Both instances Mr. Schott and his workers were efficient and extremely cooperative. The carried the items upstairs and put them in their truck. Only a few days prior to the 2014 Super Bowl we bought a new flat screen TV and needed to have someone haul away our 5 foot by 4 foot by 3 foot 15-year old rear projection TV. I looked at the latest Angie's List magazine and found John's hauling service. I called to see if he could do the job yet this week and he (and his dad) were at our house in less than an hour, laid down a tarp, removed the TV from our video/audio cabinet, dismantled the TV and had it out of the house in 15 minutes. Since the new TV was delivered the next day we were able to get it set up inside the video cabinet in time for our Super Bowl party 4 days later! John and his father were congenial, courteous, punctual, professional, and cleaned up after the TV had been removed. John also offered us a 10% discount for a first time client since we were Angies's List members. We would definitely use their services again.

John was very professional. He arrived right on time. He picked up the stuff quickly. He swept up the garage afterwards. He was personable and efficient.

We used him a second time as well for the same sort of work. He is very flexible in almost all regards -- timing, load size, where the material is, etc.

I emailed him on Sunday afternoon and heard back within an hour. He picked up everything by Monday, 1:15 pm. This service is very reliable. It's the third time I have used them in the last year. Everything was taken away within a few minutes, even though they couldn't get access to my driveway. They had to remove everything by moving it to the street. No complaints from them, just good friendly service. This is one of the best companies I have used. I give them an A plus and will continue to use them for trash removal and probably some landscaping help in the spring.

John arrived as planned. He brought a helper with him to remove the heavier items. We have several TVs, weights, a bar and odds and ends left by kids who had moved out. One of the TVs was a large console. They did a great job, took everything and cleaned up afterwards.

Excellent communication (calls to schedule, "on the way"), showed up on time when scheduled, wore shoe protectors, courteous, did an excellent job!

This was the second time that John has hauled for me. He returns phone calls promptly. He shows up on time. He does the job and thanks you for the work. Cant go wrong hiring John!!

It was a fantastic experience!!! He had many trips up & down the stairs to the basement. He forgot the 1st item I showed him & when I called him after he left he returned immediately to come back & get it. He also does grading / erosion control / backhoe drainage solutions / trenching / & removal of almost anything. I would not hesitate to call him again!!!!!

They were very prompt. I indicated what was to go, and they loaded it onto their vehicle. I never saw the junk again, and I was happy!

JOHN arrived promptly, very courteous in introducing before entering and then began the tedious job of removing a very heavy desk and some smaller items from lower level....his team was extremely neat and very professional....will recommend him to everyone!

They came on the day as promised and a little earlier than the time they thought they could arrive. The 12 inch snow we received on Jan 12 caused several large limbs from one of our trees to snap off. John Schott and his colleague took out their chain saw and cut the limbs into manageable sizes and hauled it to his truck. He did not have to do that but did so without hesitation. They were both friendly and professional. I would definitely hire them for any future work.

It went just fine. He came out and got it done while I was away and everything looked good when I got back.
