John came the very day I called him and arrived when he said he would. He was very personable and professional and quickly and thoroughly did just what I asked....... very happy with the result.

John was great. I called in the morning, and he came later in the afternoon. He was punctual, and he and his assistant helped me remove debris from the rafters in my garage. I would definitely use Schott Services again.

2013 came with covered vehicle to contain limbs that he carried away. He worked quickly.

John and Matt were great! They stayed in contact with me after I purchased the big deal. Very polite, they also do Landscaping work and I will contact them in a few weeks to assist with a few more projects as well as higher them back to haul the next bathroom demolition.

John was great from the beginning. He was very responsive and helpful with everything I asked to have hauled away. I had some old furniture pieces still in pretty good condition that I didn't have room for and he said his company will try to find people that can reuse or refurbish some of the pieces instead of just discarding all of it, which I appreciated. John was also very helpful moving downstairs a heavy mattress set that I couldn't handle by myself and other heavy items from the basement. Just let him know what you have and he is very accommodating. I will definitely call him back for another service haul after I finish my garage spring cleaning.

Our yard was a mess after we were connected to our new sewers. I had an estimate from the landscaper I usually use but I had dealt with John in the past (for light hauling) and remembered that he also did landscaping. He had impressed me very much so I decided to ask him for an estimate as well. John's estimate was a bit over half of the previous one! Given my impression of John as highly conscientious with a strong work ethic, I decided to let him have the job. I'm glad I did! He showed up when he promised with all the equipment he needed for the job. I expected it to take at least a full day but to my surprise, he was able to finish in only three or four hours. It was hard work but he did a terrific job, turning a real mess into a nicely graded and seeded area that will blend nicely with the rest of the lawn and yard. Now I just need to keep it watered and wait for the grass to grow. I couldn't be happier with John's work and would use him again for landscaping jobs in a heartbeat!

Everything went well. This change could have been done several ways. John thought about it and thought of the easiest and least expensive way to change the old opening and cover and divert the water in another direction towards a stream. The water now runs mostly into the stream and not all of it soaks into the ground. He came to the property beforehand a few times and looked and thought of the best way to make this change. This change involved the least amount of digging-up the yard.

He arrived promptly with an assistant and put on shoe liners before entering my house. He looked at what I wanted removed, gave me a price, and promptly removed everything that I asked him to remove except a small pile of dirt. He was professional and did a great job. His price was much lower than another provider that I used previously. I would not hesitate to use him in the future.

He was prompt and very easy to work with.

Called John early in the morning and he was able to provide hauling service on the same day! This despite that fact he had to drive from Franklin to Castleton. Nobody give this kind of service anymore. Its obvious why he has an "A" rating.

Excellent service. Kept in touch via email and phone calls on time of delivery. Arrived on time and did excellent work. Loaded debris from garage and garage attic into their truck within an hour and a half. Had two truck loads. Swept the area afterwards. Carried a heavy exercise bike from a 3rd floor attic. Very reasonable price. Very friendly and helpful.

He was flexible in scheduling and prompt to answer my questions.John was professional and helpful. He arrived on time and loaded everything up in a jiffy. We had a little bit more stuff than anticipated, but he was able to load everything in truck and didn't charge us for the excess. Anyway, thanks, John, for making our move easier!

I was able to negotiate on the phone give him the code and he texted me an invoice and picture of work completed that day. This guy is the real deal and I have already contacted him to demolish an in ground pool. Extremely professional and very trust worthy! 5 STARS!!!

Excellent service. John called ahead to verify we were home and let me know when he would be there. They were very careful when removing furniture - they had to maneuver some tight corners! Very quick, professional and friendly.

From my first contact with John Schott, I was pleased over and beyond what I expected. My phone call was answered promptly. He got back with me when he said he would and he came to my home when he said he would. My overall impression with this company is that one doesn't have to be concerned about being told more is needed to be done than necessary. This is a very honest man of integrity. The same day I called he came that evening and told me he had some jobs in front of me but would get back with me. They did what they said they would do for the price they quoted. They were courteous and friendly. He always kept me posted to inform when he'd be out to do the job.

It was wonderful! They were extremely prompt, great communication as to when they would arrive. Very good flexibility and very nice gentlemen. Extremely helpful that they were able to take all of the items left by the former homeowners! Will definitely use them again, especially after we found out they offer some landscaping/leveling services we need as well!
