Mr. Schott arrived on time and well-prepared for the job (We needed a 12x12 patio removed from our backyard as it had sunk toward the house and was directing water to our foundation). Mr. Schott takes care in his work and removed the patio without damage to our home or foundation. He was efficient and did an impeccable job of removing the concrete debris. He arrived a little after 8 a.m. and was done before lunch!

Amazing, as always. This is one of the hardest working, most trustworthy people I know. He is always prompt, fast and courteous. I can't recommend this company enough, they have saved me so many times!

I texted John about my chain link fence removal and he responded right away. He came out to look at it and give me a quote withing 90 minutes and he did the job the same day in about an hour by himself! I'm very happy with the work and John was very professional. I highly recommend.

I texted him, he responded immediately, we decided on a time and he was here immediately. He is one hard worker. He lifted items by himself which I thought would take 2 men. Excellent clean up after hot tub destruction.

I contacted him through Angie's List message system. He replied that night; in response I messaged him to call me because I wanted him to do the job. He called me the next morning, said he was in the area and would be right over. Within an hour and a half of calling me, he had come, he and a helper dismantled the play set and had hauled it away. Although the price was a bit high for a job that took so little time, it was less than I feared it would be when I started searching for handymen -- and finding one who can and will do this kind of work isn't easy! I was happy to have found him and pleased with his responsiveness and his work.

He did an awesome job removing the deck, posts, and river rock. His price was the most competitive of any of the bids I received and was straightforward. He began the job rather quickly and finished in less than a day. He took great care not to mess up my lawn and cleaned up very thoroughly. I’d definitely hire him again.

I researched companies on Angie's List and Yelp. I reached out to three companies and ultimately chose Schott Services. I could not be happier with my decision! Their pricing was competitive but the customer service was heads and tails above the rest! John Schott was responsive and was able to complete the job within 2 days of the request and not a speck of debris remained when he left. This is my go-to guys for any landscape hauling, light demolition and junk removal! Bottom line, if you want the job done right from an experienced, honest and hardworking guy, then call John Schott!

We had an old Rainbow systems wooden play set that my girls had outgrown. We didn't know how to go about getting rid of it and I found John and read his reviews. I contacted him to get a quote and he responded within 24 hours of my request. The quote was very reasonable so we hire him to do the job. He arrived the next day and in about an hours time he had the play set taken apart and removed. Not a single screw or nail was left behind, and the area was left very clean. I am very happy with the work performed and would hire him again. I wish I had found him sooner.

The job was about as perfect as it could be. John is very professional and excellent at what he does. Prompt, Fast, Great Communication, Clean. John even cleaned leaves and sticks from our curb while waiting for the gravel to be delivered. I will find more projects for Schott Services and tell everyone he's the best! Thanks again John!

John had some trailer issues the morning of the job but he was still able to get to my house only an hour or so late. He was still able to finish the job that day no problem. What he had to do was excavate an area roughly 15'x10' in my backyard between the alleyway and my garage and fill with gravel. Also I asked him to rake the current gravel driveway(it looked real bad) in the front yard and lay some new stone. Everything still looks great 6 months later. Thanks!

I had several jobs I needed done around the yard and he took care of all of them in one day. John did an absolutely amazing job. My yard looked so wonderful after he was done and we were very impressed. He removed our front yard wood picket fence and also our backyard chain link fence. There was a lot! I also asked him to remove a basketball goal that was set in cement. He also hauled away several large piles of tree limbs and leftover large logs that have been laying around my yard for years. I still can't believe how one man could could have done all of that in one day. He is now going to be my go to guy for anything I need done around the yard. I highly recommend him and will use him again and again.

The service was done thoroughly and promptly. The trailer was large enough to secure all of the brush in one trip. The work started while I was gone. John was great. I called him in the afternoon and he was out to the property the next morning. I needed an old refrigerator removed from a property ASAP. He had the tools to unblock an old door that needed to be opened to get the refrigerator out. He took care of everything quickly, efficiently and with humor. A very pleasant experience. I will definitely be calling John again when I need help.
