John responded immediately to my inquiry, provided an accurate quote over the phone, arrived at the agreed upon time and removed the television promptly and with no issues. John followed up later to confirm we were pleased with his work. I won't hesitate to contact him again for hauling or landscaping services.

John did a great job. Lots of communication, he came when he said he would, worked quickly to take apart & remove the TV and cleaned up before he left. Before he left, he checked with me to make sure I was satisfied with his work. It was the first time we used Schott Services so we were able to us their 10% discount for 1st time hauling. They happened to be nearby and came in about 5 minutes! Very professional and pleasant. Helped move some things out of the way and back in place. Remembered to put on footies before going on the carpeted area. The job involved taking a stove up steps from the basement and bringing a bed down from the upstairs. They maneuvered the tight turns carefully. Would definitely consider for future jobs if any.

John works fast and efficiently. All work was completed within three days. It took a while to get scheduled, because he's clearly in high demand. The wait was worth it. My house looks much better, with better drainage all around, and at a fair price considering all the work he did. Would recommend to anyone, and will likely use again.

We can't say enough good about him! He has done everything from grass cutting, preparation of our flower garden, removing and hauling away rubbish, trimming tree limbs, and more. He is awesome. He is extremely polite, courteous, respectful, dependable and on time. His prices are reasonable, much better than other similar services in this area.

From our first phone conversation through the entire project, John was courteous and professional. We set up a time on the following Monday to clear out the estate. He called before arriving and was on time. He worked quickly and efficiently and within 4 1/2 hours the entire basement and garage were empty! Amazing since he does all of the work himself. The cost was very reasonable and I would highly recommend him!

John gave me an estimate. It was higher than I wanted to pay. He called back with a lower estimate and honored the Angie's List coupon I had. He texted me 45 minutes before he arrived and came in right on time. It took just a few minutes to haul it out.

I have got a dumpster in the past, moved all the junk I had in the past and spent more money. John did it all for less than the cost of a dumpster John is a professional and I will hire him again as well as recommend him to friends and family.

I was able to reach John Schott by phone to make initial inquiry and schedule the service He was professional, pleasant, called in the morning of the appointment to give estimate of time and again when he was about 10 minutes away. I appreciated knowing when to expect him. While he was here I asked him about other work I anticipate I will need in the spring. I will definitely use this service again.

Very convenient - called him on the phone from work. He gave estimate on phone, came out to the house and removed old wooden swingset, and called to let me know it was finished. I called the house to verify the work was complete and it was. Sent check with Angie's list coupon in mail to cover the cost.

Wow - someone in this profession who is punctual, professional and priced fairly. John is all of this and more. I called John to see if he would be interested in hauling away the contents of an abandoned home. The amount of the contents was overwhelming for me, but the next day, John was out and had removed everything. There are many more services that John offers and you can bet that he is on my speed dial.

John Schott was excellent to work with. I had learned from reading his reviews that he was a one-man operation, which I like - that guarantees consistency. Based on all his other excellent reviews, I knew he must be doing something right. I messaged John on Angie's List on my lunch break on Monday, and within the hour, he had told me he was interested in the work and wanted to set up a time to get it done. Thanks to a rare flexibility in my schedule, I found out last minute that I had some free time on Tuesday afternoon, and with a few quickly exchanged emails, we had set a baseline price I could expect and a rough estimate of how long it would take. John got right to work, and was practically jogging the whole time he was on my property - it only took him a bit under an hour to get all the work mentioned above done - and that's including wrestling with my rusty crawlspace door and squeezing down into the abyss. He was friendly and personable while he worked, and I stayed nearby to make sure he knew what I wanted removed. Some providers I've worked with in the past seemed to resent my presence, but John kept up a good conversation even while working at a furious pace. He had given me a quote prior to starting the job, and when he finished, since I had helped carry a few items (at my own volition), he priced me under the number we had agreed on, even though there was more debris than I had first thought. I don't know that I've ever had such an easy time getting something done around the house, and it gives me such peace of mind to see the pristine yard that used to be occupied by all that junk. If you have ever thought to yourself that you'd love to get rid of unneeded things around your house or yard, do yourself a favor and call John. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Leak in the basement produced ~25 large trash bags of wet debris including drywall. John knew I wanted to get them out of my garage before I left town. I was unable to answer my phone (mowing grass) but John came over without an appointment to see if you could get the bags anyway. He loaded them up and took them away. Great service.

John did a fine job and even went out of his way to work me into his schedule so I could get grass seed planted this fall.

John did a wonderful job removing my old play set and sand box out of my backyard. It was pouring down rain and he still got the job done and cleaned up well. He also removed a pile of branches and bricks/blocks that I had in my driveway. John went above and beyond to get the removal completed and picked up those extra things for me. He is well worth the money for hauling away things that you don't have the room for anymore!!!
