Called provider on a Saturday (in the snow) to schedule haul off of moving / remodeling debris. I expected to set something up for the next week, but he came that same day! Owner of the company showed up, very professional and friendly. Loaded the material himself. In and out of there in 10 minutes. Did a flawless job. Highly recommend. Will use again.

He was very friendly and courteous. The furniture was in a POD in my driveway and John had to warm up the combination lock to get the POD open. He went above and beyond. Will definitely use him again.

He removed a large television from a bedroom and a half truck load of an assortment of household items from my home. I have used this provider several times with and received excellent and on time service.

He was very pleasant, a hard worker and willing to do what was asked. He was on time and the job went quickly. We will definitely utilize this person in the future and recommend to others.

My son is in the process of renovating his old home. There was every kind of construction waste you can think of and John picked everything up and hauled it away. He was very professional and quick. This renovation mess was behind the home and some of it was not easy to pick up but John did. When he finished everything was neat and clean. I would definitely use his services again and plan to in the spring. I highly recommend his services. A+++

John spent over an hour with us, giving us good feed back on what needed to be done to resolve our problems. We have a two acre property and a creek runs through it. It had begun eroding under the roadway, washing out our drive and septic system, undercutting trees, etc. We needed major restructuring and diversion of part of the water away from crucial structures. He gave us a quote as asked, but was honest enough to say that his equipment might be too small for the job. We would need a large scoop excavator to repair the creek bank. He took time to come our way, and also took time to develop a proposal. We expected the job to cost between $10,000 and $20,000 and his proposal was well in line with others. While we used someone else, we appreciated his willingness to be of service to us and his honesty about his reservations. We liked him a lot and plan to use his abilities this spring on several other projects. We happily recommend him.

We were very pleased with the services that were provided. John was easy to contact and welcomed texting which is the easiest way for us to contact contractors. He was extremely responsive and came the next day. He was punctual and worked quickly. He interacted with our parents on arrival and was very professional and courteous. We will look for ways to utilize his services in the future.

I wanted to clean out my storage unit , but had a few things to keep, some things I needed help moving and quit a few to throw away. I contacted Schott Services from Angies List and set a time to use his services. I was very glad that I contracted Mr. Schott. I took my personal family items and the rest, clothing, books and some furniture he removed. Items that I had no way of moving. and no longer needed. I felt his price was reasonable and I would use him again. He was very efficient and helpful.

It went well, Came in and used a cart to remove a stereo. He was very friendly

It was terrible. I went over the plants that I was wanting. I was wanting the knock out roses. I was open to suggestions in the other plants in hoping that he will be able to help me out on that. He gave me his opinions and I went on ahead and set it. I chose the color and plants that I was thinking of. I asked him if he could make a sketch or put something in writing. That was it, he told me that he would contact me later on. He called with a price. I said, that sounds reasonable. He had 13 plants altogether, his labor and mulch. I'm familiar with the plants that he was going to put in except for the Shasta Daisies. He scheduled me, came out and he installed the plants. When he got done, I requested the plant list and the estimate to plan the bill. It was like I was being indignant that I even asked for that. They got kind of toughy, walked out to his truck, came back and wrote down on a piece of paper $850 for landscape, installment of landscape plants. He was angry. The bad part about it was the knock out roses turned out real good. The Shasta Daisies, I didn't have any idea how to take care of them that's why I wanted the plant list so at least I would have an idea and ask him how do I take care of these. It didn't end so well. He's crazy. He was a hard-worker. He didn't have any customer skills. $850 is kind of expensive from the other landscapers in this area. The bad part about it is I knew his grandpa, he's a good man. I felt that he would be like his grandpa and did good work. He just has terrible communication skills and I'm surprised hes' still in business. He did good work but not very good communication skills. He needs to provide some kind of plant list. From that plant list, his customers can ask him how to at least take care of the plants. I wanted a landscape that wasn't time too consuming and a lot of maintenance and that's exactly what they became. I finally dug them out because I found out that they were kind of sucker and the continue to grow and spread. I had to dig them out and replace them with something else. I don't know why he got angry with my request. He was definitely angry. It's not the way to handle a customer. His work was kind of average. He took my by surprise as far as the time. He showed up a day early.

It has been a couple of years, but it was a good service. We were pleased with them. He was really prompt and friendly. They just did a good job. My interaction with them was very positive. He got everything he said he was going to do. So, I was happy. In fact, I think I have used them once since I purchased the original Deal.

On 1/28/15 I requested quotes from approx. 6 companies for a price to haul away an old sofa bed which was in a bedroom. John was the first company to respond and stated that he could remove the sofa today. We established a time and he arrived on time. He disassembled the sofa within 15-20 minutes and the entire job was completed in less than 30 minutes. John was very nice and professional. I will definitely use him again and refer him to my friends. I can't remember the last time I had such prompt and courteous service.

It was fine. They would not be able to go with the garbage. We were moving and sold our house. The process of cleaning it out after 15 years of being a resident we found a whole lot of stuff that we were not going to use in an apartment and some body needed to come and pick it up. Not only did he help get everything in his truck and pick up a lot of stuff that other people might not have taken, but he also gave us a very reasonable rate on the pricing too. We filled up the back of his truck. He was very helpful, was there on time, and got the job done. Even in this area, where you wouldn't expect it he was very professional and polite. He is a person that could actually do a lot of other things for us too if we had the need for it. He gave us an approximate time that he would be able to do the job within the day and the hour, so we had a fairly large window for that, but he got right within that window and that's what we expected and were pleased with that. Quality was above everything else. He handled everything we gave him and nothing was damaged in the rest of the house. That was something we thought was acceptable and professional. There have been time that we moved before and we had to pay 3 and 4 times the amount to haul out stuff that was collected and we didn't need. His price was reasonable for the amount he moved. If we have any need for it, I would use him again. More than likely we would recommend him to family or friends that have homes that need things taken out. I got his name out of the Angie's List magazine.

It was excellent. Reasonably priced. We had terrible snow and for there company to be able to come to our home it was quite a blessing.

They were prompt and when I called they came quickly. The man who owned the company was very pleasant.

It worked out well. He was pretty good at communicating; told me when he would start, got the job done quickly and communicated along the way. The work turned out well.

John arrived promptly and was very friendly. He hauled out all we had asked him to haul out when originally speaking to him on the phone. Additionally, he was willing to grab even more items than we had originally identified for no extra charge. After speaking with him for a bit, we discovered Schott also does landscaping. Because of his demeanor, knowledge, and willingness to complete a job to meet our needs we ended up hiring him for some landscaping work in the near future.
