I am extremely pleased with the landscaping work that John did for me. This was no easy task. He completed the job in 2 days, working late into the evening. He removed many loads of large crushed rock and gravel from an area 75' x 20' , at a depth of 6"-8". He had the heavy equipment needed to get the job done. He added topsoil and graded the area to just the right height. He put down grass seed and covered the area with a layer of straw. It was necessary to have a paved walkway reconfigured before John did the landscaping work, and John even cut pavers for me. The work was completed just the way I wanted! John has done work for me before and he's always been great!

John Schott is the owner and one man team of Schott Services. We arrived at a price for John to come in and put a pond, I constructed 14 years ago, out of commission. This meant removing all the rocks and then the rubber liner. We then had to take all the rocks from around and in the pond and throw them in the hole. After that dirt would be needed to fill it all in, the ground leveled and then seed the area with grass seed. John was rather amazing with the two tractors he had. What we figured would take 3 days to perform, was done in one day! He was able to use his backhoe to remove the rubber liner and then use the other tractor to push all the rocks in, bring in the dirt and level it out. He then planted bluegrass (per my request) and put straw down. One thing to note, as it was important to me, his "tractors" have tank like tracks which were very easy on the lawn. Minimal damage was done, considering the number of trips needed to haul off debris and bring in the fill dirt. John's cleanup after the job was very good. Everything is looking great. We would definitely recommend John for any such service as we had performed. He is a true professional and a pleasure to work with.

The process went great. Conveniently, everything was arranged via text message. I had the Projection TV at the curb, and agreed to leave a check as I was not able to be home. When i got home that evening, the TV was gone. John was very responsive, quick to return text messages, and very competitively priced. I would highly recommend.

John Schott was very responsive to my phone call and tried to fit me into his schedule. I called on a Monday and wanted him there on that Friday (my day off of work). John called back several times to try and fit me in. He was willing to come that Friday but could only be there by himself. I knew our job would take at least two people to haul our things out of the house. I ended up finding another company to do the work on my timetable, but based on John's professionalism and pleasantness, I would contact him again if needed in the future.

I just wanted the shed tore down. The provider did the service as requested and did a great job cleaning up after themselves.

John Schott, whom we have used before, quickly emptied the shed and cleaned up the area. In less than an hour he filled up a dumpster truck, work that would have taken me one half a day, If we need him to clean up another area for the house we are selling we will contact him once more.

Bottom Line: John did a great job! We have a long gravel driveway that hasn't had any maintenance on it for far too long. In some areas, the drive had significant vegetation and dirt over the old gravel. John came in; power-raked the drive to level it out and laid down new stone. The work was done on-time, on-budget, as expected. I waited a few months for the review so I had some experience with the results, and I'm happy to say the drive is in good condition and looks great.

Jon replied immediately. I used him in the past. This time he was needed to pick up furniture and other items at my stepmoms. She passed away in January, and we have been sorting through items. My brother met him at the house. He thought he was extremely nice and helpful.

My husband had retained Schott Services, LLC. on one prior occasion to remove a large amount of rubbish that had been discovered in various places in our home just after we moved in. At that time, Mr. Schott proved to be punctual and professional, and he and his employee made quick work of the job, completing the entire task in fifteen minutes or less. Needless to say, we were duly impressed. Several months later, we have again asked Mr. Schott to remove yet more rubbish from our garage. This time, however, he had no assistant with him, and he still completed the entire job in less than fifteen minutes! His fee is reasonable, the quality of his work is exemplary, and both my husband and I are exceptionally pleased with a job well done.

John delivered and rendered service upon request on March 6,2015. Responded to my email and request that he could service hauling from my garage on the next day. Prompt, Professional, made sure all the requests were done and if customer was satisfied. I was very satisfied with service-A1 Overall.
