I hired John of Schott Services to help dispose of 58 years of household and garage items in my mother-in-law's residence prior to readying the home for sale. John had several other jobs on the day he worked for me but he stayed in communication with me until he arrived. He and his helper were courteous and efficient. They worked hard to accomplish everything I needed and even moved an awkward, heavy cabinet to my mother-in-law's next door neighbor. I will definitely use Schott Services again in the future.

John did an excellent job on my driveway. It had been a long time since fresh gravel had been laid down and there were ruts and sunken places along with an area I referred to as the Memorial Mud Pit. John "fluffed" up the existing drive in order to even it out and then re-covered the area with gravel in an even layer. Satan's Sidedrive looks like new! John is friendly and professional and I will definitely call him again after I screw up enough courage to tackle Satan's Basement, as he does hauling services as well. Thanks John!

I had a minor emergency because our cats decided to use a love seat as a bathroom. We had a meeting scheduled at our house and I needed to have the love seat and other items removed. Schott Services worked me in the same day because it was an emergency. They are very professional yet warm and friendly. I love that I can schedule via text. John sent me a thank you letter, which was nice. It also suggests that he'll know who I am when I text him again. We switched to Schott after 20 years of working with another company (and making multiple referrals) partially because I had to explain who I was every time I called. I was also blindly paying whatever they charged because I trusted them. I eventually felt that the pricing was no longer fair. Schott Services is very fairly priced and I'm thrilled to be working with them.

Very well. John came out promptly and picked up the deck trash, which included several large, bulky pieces. He also took several cement pillars that had been used. Price was good considering it covered both the dumpster and labor. (I did the demolition, but they still had to carry it all from the backyard.)

It was good. I did not have the difficulties between the company and me. The person was very nice and pleasant. He was very busy and it was difficult for him to schedule the time. But I did not have any problems with him. For $ 99 I thought they could pick up more. The quality of work was good.

John was fast to complete the work, courteous in dealing with us, and very flexible when it came to our schedules. I can't recommend John highly enough, he's excellent.

We had been putting off removing an old and dilapidated swingset for some time and realized we really needed to have it removed before a retirement party we were have at our home. Schott Services was able to give an accurate estimate via cell phone pictures and was very timely in coming out and removing the old swingset. Mr. Schott was very friendly, easy to work with, and efficient in making short work of the task at hand. We will definitely use his services in the future.

They were very reliable and efficient. They put together a beautiful landscape for my back yard and did everything for a very minimal price.

Excellent. He worked quickly and knew what he was doing. NO arguing about price; $125 was his minimum to haul. It was money well spent. The piles were in the corner of backyard. Not that easy to get to except he made it seem easy. He was also quick. Maybe 20-30 minutes all together.

I called/emailed one evening because we'd completed some surprise yard work. I noticed giant overgrown honeysuckle bushes and took advantage of nice weather to cut them down. This resulted in a terrible eyesore of a pile of limbs in my front yard. I wanted it removed ASAP, so I called John. He'd been here before and returned my call/emails with a text the next morning. We corresponded that way, and he removed the pile that day. No scraps left in the yard. Thanks, John!

John was very responsive and was able to complete the job sooner than originally quoted. He was very easy to work with and his rates are reasonable.

Called John the evening before. He came out the next afternoon. Hot tub was on a screened porch. He cut the tub into pieces and removed it through porch door. He even swept up the porch afterwards.

If you want outside drain work done properly at a very fair price, call John Schott of Schott Services, LLC. Part 1: Our sump pump outside drain that ties into the storm sewer started to back up. John started at the house and, by hand digging, very carefully exhumed the drain line for a distance of about fifty feet. At that point he found that tree roots had entered the drain line and blocked the flow. During the dig John found several places where the drain line had been damaged during the installation of the irrigation system. This damage caused some water to seep out of the drain which attracted the tree roots. John replaced all of the damaged drain line, backfilled the trench with the dirt he had dug out, and replaced the sod which he had carefully cut out. Part 2: John and his assistant installed underground drain lines for six downspouts. These drain lines ranged in distance from 6 to 25 feet. They installed the green drainage emitters that sit flush with the ground/grass and pop up when water flows from the downspouts. Two of the drain lines had to be routed under a concrete walkway. As with the sump drain work, the sod was carefully cut out and returned after the drain lines and emitters were installed. In summary, I was extremely pleased Schott Services, LLC. From quotation to job completion, John Schott and his assistant provided extraordinary service. When they left our yard, all of the sod and mulch was replaced and the site was cleaned up so well it appeared as if no yard work had been done that day. It's obvious that John and his assistant take great pride in their work.

Things went perfectly...service was performed in just about half a day - John went above and beyond and the job was done with great attention to detail.

Went great. Texted John and he got back to me immediately. Was able to schedule it within a couple days. He is a one man show...he cut up the hot tub into manageable pieces and carried them one by one to his truck. He also cut up the lumber and hauled away all the debris. Took him probably less than 2 hours.

John and his brother were great. Friendly, on time, and professional. They took away a playset that the previous homeowners had left as well as some other things. I would go with them again in the future.
