Called before hand to give us an approximate time of arrival. Called when he was enroute. He was very pleasant, helpful and reasonable. Definitely plan on using him again!

Arranging an estimate was easy via this site. After receiving initial estimate I requested a modification to the original due to additional work requested. This was done promptly. A date was arranged and Mr Schott showed up promptly and ready to go. Grated and digging was performed and gravel dumped and spread, all by Mr Schott himself. It was done much to our satisfaction and within approx. 4 1/2 hours. We were extremely pleased with the work performed and would recommend Mr Schott to anyone seeking the services he offers.

It could not have been better. From first contact, John was professional and extremely responsive. He was prompt and immediately commenced removal. John has a pleasant demeanor. He is quick but careful not to disturb or damage the walls and floors. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of garbage/junk removal.

I contacted Schott's Services because they were offering an Angie's List special. They accommodated my request for same-day service because, with all the clearing out we were doing, the bags of trash that accumulated became overwhelming. They arrived when they said they would, loaded the truck quickly, and were off. We couldn't be more pleased with their service and efficiency, and especially with their responsiveness to our needs. I will probably be contacting them again before we move.

I cannot say enough good things about this Schoot Services. They removed a tree that had fallen on our garage. John is a very fine young man and did an excellent job with everything that he did.

John was very responsive to my initial voice mail message and was willing to accommodate my work schedule by performing the service on a Saturday. John arrived exactly when he said that he would and called to alert me that he was on his way. Removed furniture from my condo even though it was a second floor unit. Performed the service very quickly and efficiently and was extremely professional. I had a great experience with Schott Services. I texted John Schott around lunch time and he was able to fit me in same day since he was already on my side of town. Great communication and he did a great job. The price was also good. Will definitely use him again.

I had a great experience. I emailed them earlier in the day to ask if the big deal would be enough for the items I had, and he responded immediately. He was more than helpful, and he even came that evening. He was quick and very courteous. I was extremely happy with the service.

John did a great job, good communications, came when he said he would, didn't leave a mess. I'd use him again in the future.

He kept in touch asking if it would be ok to come later in the day which I was very open to. It gave me more time to clean up some more. When he came and loaded up what I had he asked if that was all. I had some old water bed liner and cover that was stored in the rafters. I told him I had that but I wasn't strong enough to get it down. He said it was no problem and went up the latter and got it down. He was very friendly and professional and I would recommend him to others and would use him myself again.

I bought a Big Deal for a truck load of garage removal. I purchased the deal at 10am. By 12pm he had hauled everything away! Friendly, very quick and professional!

The service was amazing. We had been trying to sell some of the furniture when the closing date was moved up. We didn't have time or a vehicle to remove the items ourselves and the new owner was to take possession the following day! John was able to come out the same afternoon that we called. He was right on time and made quick work of removing the items my wife had discussed with him. When I identified a few more items, he gladly took care of them. It was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend John to anyone.

John responded promptly to my initial call and came out to give me an estimate in a timely manner. He "fluffed" and leveled my existing gravel driveway then spread a new layer of gravel. I'm very happy with the results.

He is a great businessman with a strong work ethic. Even though it was a large job, he finished it in less than two days. He had the gravel deliveries timed perfectly with the work he did, so there was never any waiting time during the project. He even went above and beyond by seeding and spreading straw around the driveway when he was done. We were extremely pleased with the job he completed!
