John Schott is friendly, honest, dependable and a hard worker. His estimate was fair and he did the job within a couple of days. I will use John again when necessary.

I had a great service experience with John Schott. I had already taken down about 25 fence panels, and just needed assistance taking down some of the remaining posts and hauling away the materials. John was quick to respond to my request for an estimate. He showed up for the job on time, was very friendly and did the work well and in a timely manner. Overall, a great experience for me as John did great work. I would highly recommend his business to others.

I couldn't be more pleased. I had a very large pile of brush, tree branches, bags of small brush, and some old boards stacked under a tree. When I first contacted Schott Services, John Schott replied within minutes to coordinate the job. He did the job himself in a timely and respectful manner. His communication was excellent with quick replies to any and all questions. Not a scrap was left under the tree. What a relief to have that pile gone. I'm sure the neighbors will agree! Mr. Schott was great. He made sure we both understood what was going to happen. He and his team arrived on time and were very professional. We made sure the area was clear and ready they did the job in record time very clean and thorough. Mr. Schott kept asking if this was exactly my expectation and it could not have been better. John had a healing broken leg which made me even more appreciative of his hard work. They cleaned out the cluttered half of my garage in 40 minutes and swept the floor. Both men never stopped moving and asked me before they carried anything out to the trucks. They were friendly and professional. I had used Schott Services 5 years ago for the same task. I would trust Schott Services with any job they undertake. John is reliable, hard working and has fair prices.

John was easy to work with - gave me a quote over the phone after I texted photos of the bushes. When he and Matt arrived, he said the project wasn't as involved as he had thought, so charged me much less than the estimate. He also gave me advice about some tree stumps and how to prevent the shoots from appearing again. He and Matt were courteous and professional. I would definitely use them again.

we had wanted to use john on some other work a while back but he was injured for a few months. luckily a friend had used him recently and i had a pile of bushes i had demolished just sitting in my front yard. a few messages via angieslist and quick responses made the entire exchange take less than 24 hours. thats awesome. he gave my wife a price, she called me, i asked if he would honor the 10% off coupon, he said yes and within an hour the brush was gone and he had my money. easy peazy!

After cleaning out our garage, we had a pile of junk to get rid of (old pavers, planks of wood, garden pots, etc.). We contacted John through his website, and he replied within about an hour. We were able to schedule a pick-up time that was just a few days later at a time that was ideal for us. John emailed about 45 minutes before arriving at the house that morning. He arrive promptly, was very friendly, and did the job quickly and professionally. He offered a 10% discount to first-time customers who were Angie's List members, so we were able to take advantage of that. He offers quite a few services, and we wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. They made quick work of the hot tub,did the clean-up and hauled the remains away. Sorry to see the hot tub go but so grateful that there are still great people to complete the project for us.

I called John on Thursday. As usual, he called right back. He was able to fit me in on Saturday. He removed the yard barn, old bricks and various items as requested.

Throughout the job he was extremely polite, which I appreciate. Junk removal went smoothly and he was careful to remove things cleanly (swept up if anything major came loose). While departing my property, a high part of his trailer hit part of my gutter and damaged it. He stopped and immediately took responsibility for the issue and compensated me for the gutter repairs promptly. He is a model of professionalism and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend his services to others.

Everything was excellent from start to finish. He was very responsive to my bazillion emails and texts, very professional, and did a fantastic job. I was very worried about having a lot of damage to the yard, based on a past horrible experience by someone else, and there was absolutely nothing to worry about. He went above and beyond to take care of the yard, and pulled out two shrubs that weren't even part of the original agreement. I would highly recommend!

He texted me time of arrival and even sent a message when he realized he would a few minutes late; this showed that he was respective my time. I found Schott Services on the list and contacted him via email. He responded promptly, and we exchanged emails to set up the details. He called before he arrived and when he arrived (on time). I had around a dozen old items of furniture scattered on three floors of our now-empty-nest house. John gave a reasonable estimate (including an Angie's list discount per his page), and proceeded to remove all of the old furniture. He did the work quickly, carefully and professionally. The entire process was pleasant and painless. Definitely an "A" experience.
