Description of Work: Came to our location and provided a quote for demolitions at our site. Schott is basically a one-man operation, and he was nice enough to say that what we wanted was beyond his usual scope of work. In the end, we ended up going to another solution that saved some money and time but I really appreciated his honesty and integrity and would recommend him.

Description of Work: This was the third time we used Schott and will use them everytime. I was moving and needed to have trash removed and anything that did not sell in the moving sale was removed by Schott and donated to charity. Having one company do both trash removal and donations was great and a time saver.

Description of Work: Shelving, mattress/box springs, and futon were removed from our basement by Schott's services. Very professional and personable. Would definitely recommend their business

Description of Work: We sold our home in Irvington and were moving out. He completely removed all items we did not want, including items in basement and garage and hauled everything off and/or to the dump. Price was less than $200. He was extremely professional, prompt and fast. |Gina

Description of Work: Loaded and hauled away a large amount of furniture, construction debris, garage and landscaping debris, and general clean out of a basement prior to us putting our house up for sale. There was a very large volume of stuff that needed to be loaded/hauled, including large items such as an elliptical machine, a large piles of boards, a pingpong table, dorm-sized refrigerator, and even a large number of weights and heavy pieces of metal from a disassembled weight cage. John did a great job, loaded everything quickly, and was reasonably priced for the hours work and amount of hauling needed. He also was easy to schedule (he came by to give an estimate at 8 pm a few days before the job) and worked with me to ensure that the job was done as soon as possible after I first called him.

Description of Work: John graded and reseeded the very long track of bare ground that was left after we hooked up to the new city sewers. He was great from start to finish and advised me closely about how to care for the seeded area to ensure that the grass would grow well. Turned out great! In fact, the area he seeded looks better than the rest of the lawn. I had used John's services previously for light hauling and he was great then as well. I know I'll be using him again in the future!

Description of Work: Removed a very large pile of brush and limbs from 8 cut down arborvitae and a twin boxspring. They were ontime, polite, efficient, and easy to work with.

Description of Work: Excellent! I called to schedule a pick up and he was able to come the very next day. He was going to try to come the same day I called but he ran out of time. He was willing to come at 7:30 p.m. I had construction debris in my garage - probably half of a one car garage. Very reasonable cost. He swept up the dust and small pieces leaving the area as clean as possible.

Description of Work: Schott picked up a bunch of junk I needed to get rid of in the garage. He was in constant contact with me prior to my appointment, and he was very quick loading everything up. He was polite, provided use with some fridge magnets, and asked if we knew anyone else looking for the services he offered. He was very professional, and if we ever need services he offers I would not hesitate to use him again.
