Great. John came out promptly to review and provide a quote. We agreed on a time a couple months out in spring to do the work. He came as promised and performed the work to my satisfaction. Did the work himself, no subs.

Schott Services did excellent work. John was punctual, eager to start the job, and hauled away a bunch of junk I had been dreading dealing with since I moved into my house. He cut up and removed a non-functional hot tub, hauled off a bunch of scrap lumber, and took a giant stove and ancient microwave. He even noted a pallet that was leaning against the house, and asked if that should go as well. I was also super impressed that John was able to back his truck and trailer up my very steep curved driveway. Will hire again!

I sent them a message on Friday night after work, and John himself responded to me within minutes on a weekend night (after 8 pm!) with answers to all of my questions (timing, cost, etc). Not just one response, but several to make sure I had all the right insight into making my decision. He was very polite and great to work with. He said he could be there as early as Monday. By 8:45 a.m. Monday morning, he and his team showed up and cleared everything out in minutes. He was very thorough, and made sure that the job was done to my satisfaction. His team even cleaned up the extra debris around the area. I have a few other jobs around the house that I know I will be calling Schott Services for this year- great company!

John is very quick to reply back and coordinate a time for pickup. Very hard worker and reliable. He helped pull an old chest freezer from the basement and remove other junk I had built up. Definitely recommend.

John hauled off all brush, debris and large trunk parts with out hesitation, fair quote and great clean up. I’ll be having him back in a month or 2 for a swing/play set removal.
