I called to set up the appointment, and he said he could come right out, which he did. He also performed the work right then.

Arrived as promised, did the work and removed removed trimmings and was gone within an hour. Good job!

Mr. Schott was asked to provide an estimate for the requested hauling project. The next day he called me to give a price for the job, and being quite reasonable, I accepted his bid. At that time, Mr. Schott gave me several options on how he would be paid on completion of the job, and I selected the option that was most convenient for me. The next day he completed the job and called to notify me of same. Arrangement for payment were made which also provided me time to examine the job location to evaluate his performance.

John Schott is always polite, on time and a pleasure to work with. He is always neat cleans up the workspace and frequently does extra work at little cost.

We had to get this dirt cleaned up before it started killing our grass. We tried to do it ourselves and after cleaning up around some of the posts and piling the dirt on a flower bed we knew we had to get someone else to finish this up. We were not having much luck with finding someone to do it. It was to big a job for some and to little for others. This came during a very busy time for Mr. Schott and I really appreciate him taking this on and getting our back yard cleaned up.

Mr. Schott was willing to do some miscellaneous yard work that I needed done. They were small tasks which others refused. He responded promptly and was willing to do all the small clean up jobs in my yard. He seemed to know his business about what was best done in the yard, landscape and plant situations I presented him. He did major bush trimming and hauled off the branches and other bits leaving it spotlessly clean. I think he even weeded the beds around my bushes though I didn't ask him to - because it was immaculate when he was done. I was so impressed that I asked about his weekly lawn mowing service and enrolled and have had him doing it on a weekly basis now for a few months. It looks great every week when he is done.

Mr. Schott does excellent work. He is friendly, prompt, professional, skilled, and quick.

Rain was threatening, but the job was completed before the rain came and John is returning to roto-till the top soil because it settled in and became hard and stiff due to the rain which has been more than plentiful. John supplied proof of insurance and his insurance carrier provided the complex management company with a certificate of current coverage.

I am very happy with them. They have done a good job. They had a coupon. They have communicated well with me over the internet.

Schotts' Company is GREAT. I have been utilizing there services since 2007. He is reasonably priced great personality. I never have to worry about when my lawn gets taken care of. I totally trust his judgment plus he keeps an eye out to ensure that the lawn is always looking its best. Thank you John Schotts! Thank you very much.

Terrific. John is the best. His work is excellent and his prices are reasonable. This is the third year I have used his services. He always cleans up and leaves the area in great shape.

I would recommend John's services to everyone. He is reliable and does a fabulous job. He mowed our grass and trimmed for us all summer. He also cleans off the porch and patio each time he was here. This fall he has removed leaves, cleaned gutters and even removed the leaves from collecting on top of the roof. John is very easy to do business with. We are completely satisfied.

I tried to contact a couple of other services to get estimates and hadn't heard back from anyone for a couple of days, so I decided to take a chance and call Schott Services. John, the owner answered my first call and was quick to give me an estimate the same day on brush cleaning, removing old tree limbs from behind garage and removing leaves. I told him I had to think about it and would let him know. After thinking about it I call him back shortly after he left to do everything, but the leaf removal. He was back the next morning to do the job and while he was working he asked if I would like a couple of pine trees trimmed on the bottom so we could get under them when mowing in the spring. I said yes go ahead. After that I had to get to work and wouldn't return until after dark. After he was finished, he called me at work to tell me he had completed the job and the bill was in the mail box. He also told me he was concerned that a small rock may have hit our picture window while he was trimming and offered to pay for the damage if he in fact did cause the damage. I told him not to worry, that my husband did that last year weed eating. After seeing in daylight what a great job he did I called him the back to go ahead and remove the leaves. I'm so glad I said yes to have him trim the pine trees because it looks so much cleaner. He even removed the weeds where he had trimmed the trees, no extra cost. He was back the next day to do the leaf removal and our yard looked awesome! It looked perfectly mowed with no leaves. I realize now that he had mulched the leaves. Wow, I was so happy. Professional, fast, honest, and overall a really nice person that cares about customer service. Thanks John, we really appreciate your hard work. Many blessings and continued success.

I called and asked John to put me on his list to remove leaves, he explained that he doesn't rake and remove but he mulches leaves. He felt I would be happy with the leaf mulching and based on my positive experience with John's work last summer, I agreed to try it this year. I didn't have a timetable and asked him to get to it when he could. Just a few days later when I arrived at home all my leaves were gone! I mean all of them, they were gone from the deck, the sidewalks, the driveway and the yard. The yard looks great and he mowed as requested.

Lawn looks great. John pays attention to details and cleans up afterward.

I was very pleased with John's service. Prior to hiring him, I called three other companies - 2 of the 3 returned my call and gave me estimates for the work. John called but said he was getting ready to go out of town but would check back with me when he returned. I thought I would probably not hear from him again. But, promptly the next week he called to see if I was still interested in getting the work done. He gave me an estimate which turned out to be the lowest of the three. We agreed he would do the work sometime in the next week or so. He called the day before and did the work on August 26. I'm thrilled about how nice my house looks with freshly trimmed shrubbery and new mulch! I knew my landscaping had gotten out of control but didn't realize how wild it looked until John cleaned it up. I'm happy with John's work and would call him again if the need should arise.

I contacted John for an emergency service for my fiance's house. He had been out of town and the grass was well over a foot tall. I called him on Thursday he called me back the very next day, gave me an estimate and did the job all at the same time. It was very short notice but he managed to work it in. The difference was NIGHT & DAY!!! I have never used a lawn service before, but I would definitely use his service again.

See above. He also said we would wait and see if staking our evergreen will help with straightening it; if not, we will probably cut it down next year.

This is the first season we?ve used John Schott for mowing. He does a good job so we asked him for a price to trim the trees and plants. We were happy with the price so we authorized him to do the work and it was completed promptly and all trimmings were cleaned up and hauled away.
