Description of Work: He takes care of my yard, including mowing and leaves in the fall (I have many large trees). This has been the third season that I’ve worked with him, and he’s done excellent work. I’ve also used his hauling services too, which have been great.

Description of Work: Mr. Schott hauled away a large pile of assorted junk. Yard debris, old trash cans, old furniture, etc. John was extremely kind, responsive and professional. He responded promptley to my email request for services and came out the very next day. He kept in touch with me each step of the way when we decided upon a time to meet. He called several times to let me know if he was running behind our scheduled time. John was very professional, did an excellent job and made sure everything was tidy when he was finished. Great work!

Description of Work: We are replacing a rather large deck on our grandson's house and had so much lumber to haul away, was not sure John could get everything in one load.

Description of Work: We have been using John for lawn care regularly since 2010 and have been extremely pleased. We decided this year to ask him to do our landscaping. We live on approximately 5 acres with huge planting beds so this was a big undertaking. We have been thrilled with his work! For cleaning, edging and mulching, he measured all planting beds, including areas around many newly planted trees. We had the estimate the same day. John worked long hours and all was completed in 2 days. John picked up the dump truck of mulch, hand dug around all beds and trees, cleaned and prepped all areas and laid mulch. He also suggested extending one of the existing planting beds, removed all sod from the area and it turned out beautifully! John has a good eye for esthetics. He would not accept payment for purchasing the mulch until the project was completed. Upon competion, all areas were clean and neat. His pricing is more than fair and he always goes the extra mile for perfection. John is a true professional and very detail oriented. We will be having John every year for this project.

Description of Work: John called me to give me a tentative schedule a day after I purchased the coupon for 2hrs of excavation or stump grinding. He let me know that he could fit it in the following week. He called to narrow a day down and then showed up that day as we discussed. Took care of actually (9) tree stumps within his 2 hr period. Honestly since I moved into this house all I get is high bids and high labor so it was great to get alot of work for a little amount! John did an excellent job and I could not be happier. I will use them again in the future!

Description of Work: I purchased the big deal for $99, but even if I had paid full price, John's services would have been an excellent value. He grinded out 1 huge tree stump and 5 medium to large tree stumps in about an hour, which was much faster than expected. He then dug out about 30 feet of a drainage ditch that had filled in over the last 25 years.

John was very proactive and worked with my schedule to arrange a time that was convenient for me. John picked up a truck load of miscellaneous debris from my garage that I piled up after doing some house cleaning. He also hauled away branches and old bushes that were left over from a landscaping job. He was punctual and very tidy!! I would for sure use him again !!
