Description of Work: We had three bushes removed and John replaced them with bushes we had already purchased. We have rocks around our bushes and he took care when replacing them back, along with adding additional rock. He also did a little trimming of the lower branches of a large tree. John took all the old bushes and tree limbs away.

Description of Work: John has removed a major amount of "stuff" for us on two separate occasions and he is AWESOME. He calls right back if you get his voicemail, comes when he is scheduled to come and if very courteous. He carried all of the stuff out of our basement on top of it! He is fair in pricing and trustworthy. I would recommend him to anyone.

He was very flexible in doing what we asked, which changed somewhat from the start to the end of the job. Additionally, the Angies List Big Deal made it a truly good deal.
Description of Work: We bought 4 hours of service from Schott Services as an Angies List Big Deal. We had roots from big trees which needed to be ground out. Additionally, he moved all the grindings to another location.

He ground out about 15 or so yew stumps and did some grading around the house to improve rainwater runoff. John is personable, easy to work with and went the extra mile. If we need more work of this type done, we will call John for sure!

Schott's was the most responsive and also the only one that gave me a solid date for getting my lawn aerated. I was under a tight time frame and needed to get it done ASAP. Description of Work: mr sc hott called the same day [date???] i requested him. came same day to see the hauling [brush] i needed done. Took 1 load for the best buy price. i needed more, but, without comparative shopping the price it seemed a little steep for the amount taken, considering it was right by the side of the street as well. He was VERY prompt, clean, polite and personable. since i m watching pennies i decided to wait on the rest [more to come, anyway!]

 + 3 moreJohn helped us reclaim a jungle like backyard. His 'Dingo' Toro cleared brush/sticks, removed stumps, and regraded the slope of the lawn. Once finished he even raked out the soil so its ready to be seeded. I wish I had more projects around the house for him to tackle!

Description of Work: John was hired to bring in 7 yards of dirt to grade around new patio and pool house area, and to incorporate landscaping around same. Due to the drought, we were unable to plant the shrubs and trees we had in mind until the spring. However, we did go ahead and do the grading that I felt was necessary. John always showed up on time for any of our appointments, was always professional and courteous. He worked hard and fast from beginning to end. I look forward to working with him again in the spring. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone knowledgeable in landscaping.
