 + -1 moreThe house inspection came back as defective t111 siding. Several contractors agreed it was defective and needed replacing. The seller argued it did not, I asked S & B to look at it and offer their opinion. They agreed with the seller that the siding was not defective, just needed some TLC. The inspector disagreed with the findings, but I was satisfied enough not to pursue it further.
Description of Work: I requested they bid on the project and it turned out based on their visit the siding was not in need of replacing, but needed to be caulked and repainted.

 + -1 moreTHEY WORKED WHENEVER THEY COULD DURING A VERY RAINY SEASON. VERY CONSCIENTIOUS ABOUT THEIR WORK AND MATERIALS AND HAVE UNBELIEVABLE PRICING. RELIABLE, VERY.
Description of Work: THEY REMOVED OLD SIDING ON THE FRONT PORTION OF MY HOUSE AND REPLACED IT WITH CONCRETE SIDING. THEY REMOVED ALL DEBRIS AND PROVIDED ALL NECESSARY INFORMATION ON THE NEW MATERIALS.
