They had a friendly service and reliable trucks. There was no service call, and I went and picked up the trucks.

They gave me my deposit back. Everything was great, I went and picked up the truck, they had it ready to go, and I drove thirteen and a half hours, only me in the truck. I liked that they had the truck I needed and it was cheaper than anybody else. The reason that I took Ryder was because they gave me unlimited mileage, the other companies would not do that. Other companies were cheaper for the truck, but they charged for mileage, which made the cost of the whole trip higher. I hired the biggest truck they had, and when I had loaded it, there was so much stuff in there that it was everything I could do just to close the door. Overall, I wouldn’t rate them as excellent, because the truck they gave me didn’t have a radio, and it was a big deal to me, I was driving thirteen and a half hours. The truck was clean inside and out, and it was a new model. I absolutely will be using them again if required.

They emailed me a confirmation with no disclaimer about possible truck unavailability. Be careful when reserving a truck with this company.
