It went great! We met got an estimate last Fall, but we were not ready to have them come yet. We got a call in Spring, and the quote was pretty much the same! The house was built in 1937, and unfortunately has lead paint. The guys are certified to handle that though! The paint was peeling badly so they had a lot of prep work to do! They did a great job scraping, and caulking all areas needed! They also did touch ups on the areas we had previously done which was wonderful of them! With a two man crew they got done in a couple of days, and it looks wonderful! These guys are hard workers, true professionals, and very nice people to work with! Are house is ready to sell now, and we use their services in the future!!

He did a great job. The painting was very professional, quick and reasonable rates!!

I worked with Eric. They had another project that changed their time frame, so they were able to get us in real quick. They have great service and communication. They actually finished our job sooner than they said they would. They were very cleaned and used drop cloth. We came home and house looked great! Their prices were competitive and they did good work.

They did great exterior painting work but the interior painting was not as high of quality.The first time they did the work, their painters were great. The second time the painters were just fair. They are very responsive though.

The crew was efficient and pleasant. They did a good job. The clean-up wasn't done as neatly as previous painters. We would likely hire them again.

The weather wasn't cooperating, but, finally, a day came in early December when the temperature was to be sufficient for painting. I couldn't be home that day and we negotiated what could be done in my absence. Eric provided the paint and was able to get the color that matched the house. In the spring he will work on the house doors at a time when I can be home. I will also hire him to paint indoors.

They did a very good job. They had to scrape first, then put primer on and then they painted. We are pleased.

Everything went very well. Eric Russell scheduled the work in a timely manner, and told us upfront that there might be an additional cost for any rotted wooden boards that were discovered during the prep stage. He also let us know what the estimated cost for replacement boards would be. We were always notified in advance when the workers would be on site, and Eric was very good about getting the job completed as soon as possible once it was underway. He also made sure someone came to clean up all of the paint chips after the project was completed. After shopping around for different quotes, we found his price to be very reasonable. We also appreciated the fact that he gave us a senior discount!

Eric's crew used our provided stain and got the job done in one day while we were on vacation. The fence looks great. Thank you!

First, Eric was very prompt at following up after we made the purchase and confirming when they would be able to perform the work. This I really appreciate since so many contactors never return calls or effectively follow up. The painters arrived promptly as promised and really did a quality job on the front of our house. They were very polite and considerate and that showed in their work. They also took the time time to properly address any areas that needed extra attention with great results. The overall result was a very neat and professional paint job that looks great. I highly recommend this company and would use again!

We were redoing our main level bath and needed it repainted. Since we had removed the old vanity and fixtures, there was patch work that needed done as well. We called Eric Russell after seeing him on Angie's list and he thought it would take a day with one painter. The painter came out and started around 8:30. He had a lot of spackling to do and spent most the morning doing that. He worked though lunch. Eric, the owner, stopped by to check-in and see how things were coming along. By the end of the day, the bathroom was completely done. Spackle, primer, ceiling, trim, paint. The walls look pretty good considering how much work he had to do with Spackle. I am pleased with the room. It looks really nice! They were very professional and I would call them again!

The job was completed just as we requested. There was some misunderstandings and some problems that needed correction but once we bought to their attention they addressed it right away and was fully clarified with the work that needed to be done. The company was very attentative to our needs and concerns and overall was a descent experience.

We just decided to go with somebody else. I don’t remember how much the estimate was for but it was fairly competitive. We ended up going with somebody that’s actually on Angie’s list. We have used them before. The guy from Russell Painting Co was very good and he was good on responsiveness. We will use their services again in the future.

I don't remember how much their quote was. My interaction with them went fine. I had no problems with that at all. I thought they were thorough and very customer service oriented.

It was okay. It was very costly, but they did a good job. They charged an outrageous price for the nail holes, which was disappointing. However, they were fast and I was happy with the outcome.

ALL WORK WAS PERFORMED SATISFACTORILY AND ON THE TIME SCHEDULE AGREED TO. WORKERS WERE COURTEOUS AND KEPT US WELL INFORMED WHAT THEY WERE DOING AS THE PROJECT PROGRESSED. PROJECT WAS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MATTER.

VERY REASONABLE IN THE PRICE, ON TIME, AND DID A GREAT JOB.
