Russel Hill contracting did a great job, we contacted number of roofing contractors and we decided Russel Hillis is best. They did numbers other houses for our friends and family. They were willing to do many other minor repairs as they were installing the roof as well as gutters. They could be trust with any home related repairs and construction issues. We are extremely happy to recommend them.

After a big storm in Westfield a lot of our shingles were missing and wind damage the team was able to come out and fix everything in a timely matter and worked well with our insurance.

I am very pleased on the exterior of my house! It looks fabulous! The selection of the styles and colors were vast; the installation was done quickly (weather permitting); no clean up was needed by me; issues with my insurance company were handled by them; and they were responsive with calls and visits to my house. Lastly, they really are on your side and will ensure your insurance company treats you fairly. I would highly recommend them!

Joe was exceptional. Short story -there was little hail damage and he made clear we did not need a new roof. 👍 He unhurriedly explained what he would be looking for, & when we asked questions-and even before- he informed us in what can best be called a crash course: how to make sure you are well-covered with your insurance co., what changes have taken place in codes and roof coverage over the last 10 years; what has to be in place for a good roofing job, shortcuts that lessen the life of a roof, etc. Joe not only did not charge us, he increased our know-how regarding reliable roofs and protective insurance coverage. Hire his company if you need a new roof or repairs to an existing one!

Joe and his team was professional and fantastic in both jobs they were hired to complete. He is very honest about what work needs to be done and has deep knowledge of working with insurance companies.

At this point in time, it appears that the caulking solution is work g to control the majority of leaks.

RHC is straight, direct, and honest. I am having home inspections done from a good distance away so having a reliable and honest company is essential. The company exceeded expectation and also had referrals for service they do not themselves cover, such as windows. Will work with them in the future, I advise others to do so too.

Ramsey from Russell Hill showed up on time to inspect our roof. He did a great job outlining the areas where we had damage and put a plan together to help with the repairs. We were selling our house and needed to have some of the soft metals replaced. Their crew was professional, did everything they said they would do in the time period they gave me at the start of the project. Ramsey followed up after the project to make sure everything was good on our end. It’s tough to find good contractors but I would definitely recommend Russell Hill! Great work at a reasonable price and they did everything they committed to!

Mr. Joe Hill did the roof inspection for me. He called ahead when he was on his way to my house. He inspected the roof, showed me the pictures he took on damages and problems, and advised on next steps. The entire process went smoothly.

They waited until weather was appropriate to perform tear off & replace roof. Products delivered were correct/what we had selected. Crew was efficient & timely. Joe was very helpful.

They were amazing! Joe was great from the get-go! I had hail damage and the company I originally called said it was just cosmetic and the insurance company would not cover it. Eventually it started leaking. Joe was out that day! He researched the weather records to make sure it was still within the time limits and worked with my insurance company to make sure they covered the whole roof and gutters! One of the workers broke a small clay pot while on the job. Joe wanted it replaced that day. Someone went out and got a plastic pot which was perfectly fine, but Joe was not satisfied until it was replaced with the exact pot! He went out that night after the job was done and bought the pot and put my plant back in! He cares that everything is done right!

Joe Hill and his team were amazing. He walked me through the insurance process and helped me deal with the pittbull insurance adjuster who tried to claim that the house simply wasn’t built correctly 20 years ago. Funny since there wasn’t a leak until recently. He educated me on everything from insurance to shingles and then the team did a great job replacing the roof and gutters. They also did the job quickly due to crew size. Highly recommend!

Russell Hill Contracting was on time and very professional. They added to our roof replacement project items that were necessary, including gutter repair, adding a new bathroom vent and gutter guards. They also had to replace the decking. I was so impressed at their speed and their cleanup afterwards. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to replace their roof.

I am the manager of a small homeowners association who had hail damage. Joe Hill inspected our roofs and made multiple trips to be available to inspect the property with the insurance adjuster. Once the claim was approved, he worked with the board to select roofs and siding. While weather delayed the start of work, once his crews began working they were there every day, worked hard and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. They completed 9 large roofs in just over one week. He also has worked with our siding as part of the claim. Despite delays by the insurance company, I know we will get the same professionalism and dedication to completing that part of the job. In working with the roofs we had a couple of items not covered by insurance and he was very quick to get the items repaired and reasonable in prices. I can't recommend Russell Hill Construction high enough.

They were onsite the next day and repaired the reported shingle but also found an adjacent flashing that needed re-secured. They fixed the flashing without charging us. Based on timeliness and thorough manner that they go about their business I would never hesitate to recommend these guys. Ask for Ramsey.
