Russell Hill was the one bright spot of replacing my roof after storm damage. My insurance company dragged their feet for 6 months and initially refused to cover it's replacement or repair. After talking with different roofers, I went with Russell Hill because they were willing to help me through the process of "fighting" insurance. They helped me hire a public adjuster and would periodically check-in with me to assure me that I hadn't been forgotten and that the adjuster was still working on my case. Ultimately, they were right about the damage being covered by insurance and after a few months insurance agreed to cover it. Russell Hill quickly scheduled the replacement after confirmation and actual install of a ~1800 sq ft house roof replacement (including some roof element upgrades) took a day. Their staff was friendly, responsive, and helpful.

What a great company. Joe came out to look at the job, spent time to explain the insurance process, brought samples, and worked with our schedule. Laura provided us with addresses of homes to visit to check out different choices for shingles and was in constant contact throughout the process. The work was beautifully done, all within a day! I worked with Joe Hill and Laura Byron when I needed a roof replacement, gutter replacement and two skylight replacements when I was on a very short time crunch. Throughout the whole process, they were very professional, punctual and personable. Both are very hardworking individuals and made it as easy as possible for me to get this big task done by my short deadline. After getting to know Laura even more, I admired how she made sure to accommodate for me and how she communicated with me to make sure I not only understand what to expect each step of the way and she always went out of her way to make sure my work schedule wasn't disrupted. I always thought, "Wow, she is perfect for this job." and I can say the same about Joe, they are a great team. I can confidentially say that for how much I needed done and for how crazy my schedule was during that time, I would not of gotten the same experience with anyone else. We had a great experience! They were great with communication and timely. Very happy with the end result. While they were at our house they offered to do a roof inspection for free. We actually plan to use them again to paint the exterior of our house later this year.

It went great! The work was done very quickly and the service was on time. The Russell Hill representative was very courteous and professional. I have since sold the house and had it professionally inspected with no mention of prior repairs.

Russel Hill contracting did a great job, we contacted number of roofing contractors and we decided Russel Hillis is best. They did numbers other houses for our friends and family. They were willing to do many other minor repairs as they were installing the roof as well as gutters. They could be trust with any home related repairs and construction issues. We are extremely happy to recommend them.

After a big storm in Westfield a lot of our shingles were missing and wind damage the team was able to come out and fix everything in a timely matter and worked well with our insurance.

I am very pleased on the exterior of my house! It looks fabulous! The selection of the styles and colors were vast; the installation was done quickly (weather permitting); no clean up was needed by me; issues with my insurance company were handled by them; and they were responsive with calls and visits to my house. Lastly, they really are on your side and will ensure your insurance company treats you fairly. I would highly recommend them!

Joe was exceptional. Short story -there was little hail damage and he made clear we did not need a new roof. 👍 He unhurriedly explained what he would be looking for, & when we asked questions-and even before- he informed us in what can best be called a crash course: how to make sure you are well-covered with your insurance co., what changes have taken place in codes and roof coverage over the last 10 years; what has to be in place for a good roofing job, shortcuts that lessen the life of a roof, etc. Joe not only did not charge us, he increased our know-how regarding reliable roofs and protective insurance coverage. Hire his company if you need a new roof or repairs to an existing one!

Joe and his team was professional and fantastic in both jobs they were hired to complete. He is very honest about what work needs to be done and has deep knowledge of working with insurance companies.

Joe is AMAZING! He’s done work for me in the past at my old house as well. It gets the job done. If he doesn’t know an answer, he finds the answer. He’s prompt, friendly, and reliable. When it comes to my roof, Joe’s my guy! You won’t be disappointed.

At this point in time, it appears that the caulking solution is work g to control the majority of leaks.
