I loved working with Russell Hill Contracting on my new roof. They helped me work with the insurance company which made that part of the process very easy. They showed up to the all needed appointments and consultations on time. The roofing team was very professional and took time to do work the correct way and not cut any corners. I have neighbors close by and they took extra care to make sure my neighbors were not affect by my roofing construction. After the work was done they cleaned up all the debris and nails! I would highly recommend this company!

Wonderfully! Joe Hill successfully submitted photos & specific details as to the hail damage to my roof & successfully got it covered by my insurance. My insurance has previously sent an inexperienced adjuster who write up a summary misrepresenting the condition of the roof damages. So without Joe's professional help & expertise in negotiating these cases, my roof would not have been covered by my insurance. The work performed was exceptional, on time, and compjj look eyed in one day.

Joe, Jay, Laura and the team did a great job. They were good keeping the line of communication open the whole time (took all summer since it involved insurance work). Their quality was excellent, easy to work with and even helped us navigate the insurance complexities. We had some extra complicated areas that had a history of Ice Dams. This past winter, we had more than normal snow and can report that the Ice Dam areas are not occurring anymore.

Russell Hill roofing did a great job. Though a roof replacement typically only takes one day, midway through the job storms started appearing in the area, and since they didn't want to take any chances, the crew wrapped everything to protect it, cleaned up, and came back to finish the next day. They kept us informed about what was going on and were very professional. The roof looks great.

These guys were awesome! We needed to replace a roof on the home we bought and Joe was very quick and punctual in meeting with us and getting the job scheduled. He handled all the behind the scenes with the insurance company and made it a very smooth process for us. With the helps from Russell Hill Contracting, LLC and a public adjuster who worked with them, my insurance company eventually agreed to replace the whole roof and other items. It took over a year, but without their helps, it would have taken much longer. Laura was great in keeping me updated and very responsive in resolving issues along the way. It was pleasant to work with them.
