We love our new roof! From the quote to the reconstruction, the job was done in the most professional and efficient way. This company completed the roofing job on the same day they started and cleaned up the area well. We've already referred them several times to family and friends! I was extremely impressed with this crew and would use them again! We couldn't be happier with Russell Hill Contracting.

We purchased a $49 Roof Inspection Deal with $250 Credit Toward Repairs with no restrictions on the pitch of roof. The pitch of our roof is 8/12. We received an email from Russell Hill after they received the order from Angie's List letting us know the Deal was for roofs with a roof pitch less than 8/12. Nobody cares to learn a company decides to change the fine print after going through the process. We decided not to do any business with this company and get Angie's List to refund our money.

They arrived several times in order to be here when the insurance representative arrived.

Joe was very professional, called before arriving, and was right on time. He was able to even do the repairs while he was here to evaluate the roof! Very honestly priced for the quick repair instead of other roofers who had a much more expensive minimum charge. Very pleased with the whole experience and will definitely recommend them to my neighbors and friends!

The contractor was unwilling to provide a detailed scope of work. They simply said they would provide a roof better than the existing roof with all the bells and whistles. They asked for a copy of the insurance claim worksheet detailing the costs. I sent them a redacted copy of the worksheet. And asked them to provide an estimate and to separate the "bells and whistles". They were not interested in working up pricing and a scope of work. They simply wanted to take the insurance documents and proceed for there. It is possible there was not ill intent and just poor communication. As a consumer I am concerned when a contractor advises me he is throwing in all the "bells and whistles" and then wont provide the details.

Joe and Ramsey went above and beyond for me. Came out on very short notice for us since we were in a time crunch on whether to buy this house or not. They were both more than knowledgeable, walked us through every detail on the roof and the attic. I was extremely pleased with the follow up and pictures provided post inspection. I will be using their services in the near future and i would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Thanks Joe & Ramsey!

Joe called me back right away and was incredibly transparent about who I should reach out to because his areas of expertise didn't exactly match what I was looking for. He was incredibly helpful, thoughtful and gave advice for who could get me the correct quote. And he even offered to be a sounding board if I had any questions or thought any information I got from other contractors was fishy. An awesome guy - would highly recommend!

They said they went to the house was suppose to take pictures of what they found. Never sent info to me . Keep on giving excuses. I really want my money back.

Hired to investigate a roof leak. gave us a quote for repair, but between winter weather and finances have not been able to get the work scheduled, so will schedule that portion later in the spring.

The inspection and minor repairs went very well. They responded very quickly and were very professional. They identified some other issues and provided an estimate. They provided pictures of the problem areas and suggested solutions. I ultimately went another company for those repairs due to past experience with the other company and lower price.

I thought their estimate was high for the chimney repairs. Found another contractor who replaced the entire chimney above the roof line rather than repairing it for a significantly lower cost

Great. I asked them to re caulk the windows and they did.

It went great. They came out within a week. They called very quickly and were out very quickly to do the estimate. I did not incur any other charges. Great communication, timely and prompt and excellent workmanship.

Good, though I was expecting a bit more "substance" on the report plus I felt the cost for additional work scope to fix should some problem areas was a bit too steep.

Went well. Mr Russell great to work with. I had a specific area of concern. He had a solution that will nearly keep within the $250 credit. I look forward to working with them on the repair.

Mike and Ramsey were a pleasure to work with from our first meeting. They were extremely helpful in terms of working with our insurance company to repair our damaged roof and assisted us with obtaining an excellent contractor to perform other work on our house (i.e. replacement of French doors and shutters). Mike worked with us on the cost of the project (I looked into typical pricing and the cost of this work was very competitive). Most of all, I was pleased with the overall service and the respectful treatment my wife and I received. The work was excellent, was done on time and they left us with additional shingles just in case we needed them in the future (guaranteed match!). I have already recommended this company to a couple of neighbors who are interested in roof repairs in the future.

I have worked with lots of contractors and not once until now did I have someone decline work. Secondly I had to ask on two occasions when the proposal was coming. It took them 7 days to get back with me. They two guys that came out to survey the scope of work was timely and organized.

The work performed was outstanding. The owner and his foreman were in constant contact with us to answer all of our questions. If there was an unexpected issue, they took care of it promptly and professionally.

They took care of sealing up nail pops and cracked seams in my roof before the cold weather set in. I'll likely use them for a new roof next year - Michael was terrific to work with. Very responsive and showed a lot of concern that I was well taken care of. Great company.

On initial inspection, they couldn't identify the exact source of the leak. They did note there was hail damage and suggested I contact my insurance company. They were very concerned with getting money from my insurance company, while my main concern was to fix the leak before the next rain storm. I ended up finding another company to come make the short term roof repair. I did contact the insurance company, who determined there was not sufficient hail damage to justify a claim. Russell Hill came out and did a second inspection and agreed that the repairs I needed were due to normal wear and tear, not storm damage. This was very frustrating. Their quote to make the repairs was nearly $10,000. A different company told me I didn't need all those repairs. Ultimately, Russell Hill understood my frustration and refunded me the money for the offer. It was apparent that they are very interested in large re-roofing jobs and may be great at that. I cannot comment on the quality of their work.

This roofing contractor did an excellent job throughout my entire claim. Parker Russell met my insurance claims adjuster at my home and stayed in contact with me. I also met with Joseph Hill - Owner. Parker went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service.

The team did a great and speedy job.

Did not hire for repairs. Having work done for 1/3 of the price by another company.
