It went great. They came out within a week. They called very quickly and were out very quickly to do the estimate. I did not incur any other charges. Great communication, timely and prompt and excellent workmanship.

Good, though I was expecting a bit more "substance" on the report plus I felt the cost for additional work scope to fix should some problem areas was a bit too steep.

Mike and Ramsey were a pleasure to work with from our first meeting. They were extremely helpful in terms of working with our insurance company to repair our damaged roof and assisted us with obtaining an excellent contractor to perform other work on our house (i.e. replacement of French doors and shutters). Mike worked with us on the cost of the project (I looked into typical pricing and the cost of this work was very competitive). Most of all, I was pleased with the overall service and the respectful treatment my wife and I received. The work was excellent, was done on time and they left us with additional shingles just in case we needed them in the future (guaranteed match!). I have already recommended this company to a couple of neighbors who are interested in roof repairs in the future.

I have worked with lots of contractors and not once until now did I have someone decline work. Secondly I had to ask on two occasions when the proposal was coming. It took them 7 days to get back with me. They two guys that came out to survey the scope of work was timely and organized.

The work performed was outstanding. The owner and his foreman were in constant contact with us to answer all of our questions. If there was an unexpected issue, they took care of it promptly and professionally.

They took care of sealing up nail pops and cracked seams in my roof before the cold weather set in. I'll likely use them for a new roof next year - Michael was terrific to work with. Very responsive and showed a lot of concern that I was well taken care of. Great company.

On initial inspection, they couldn't identify the exact source of the leak. They did note there was hail damage and suggested I contact my insurance company. They were very concerned with getting money from my insurance company, while my main concern was to fix the leak before the next rain storm. I ended up finding another company to come make the short term roof repair. I did contact the insurance company, who determined there was not sufficient hail damage to justify a claim. Russell Hill came out and did a second inspection and agreed that the repairs I needed were due to normal wear and tear, not storm damage. This was very frustrating. Their quote to make the repairs was nearly $10,000. A different company told me I didn't need all those repairs. Ultimately, Russell Hill understood my frustration and refunded me the money for the offer. It was apparent that they are very interested in large re-roofing jobs and may be great at that. I cannot comment on the quality of their work.

This roofing contractor did an excellent job throughout my entire claim. Parker Russell met my insurance claims adjuster at my home and stayed in contact with me. I also met with Joseph Hill - Owner. Parker went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service.

I purchased a big deal package on Angie's List for a roof maintenance package which included a roof inspection, minor roof repairs, checking for interior leaks, providing photos, and a $200 repair credit towards any necessary repairs. Michael came out to inspect my roof himself at the same time as my scheduled appointment after a minor scheduling mishap. I was very impressed with his willingness to keep my scheduled time and on such short notice. He was detailed and thorough in his inspection. He looked at both the inside of my attics and on top the roof for leaks, nails popping up, etc. He and his crew were very kind and trustworthy. He even inspected my garage (separate building) free of charge due to scheduling mishap (which was not a mishap at all since he still kept the scheduled time.) All around great service and crew.

We had a great experience with Mike at Russell Hill Contractors. He provided us with a quote very quickly and I was just overall very impressed with the customer service and how quick and easy Mike made everything for us. His crew did a great job and we couldn't be happier with the overall experience. Our new roof looks great!

The follow up to work I scheduled last fall got over-looked. After I noted that in my review, they called,came right out and completed the work satisfactorily.

They said they came to my house, I was home but they didn't call first. So I don't know if they actually came at the schedule time that we had set up. They said the roof was wet and it was a steep roof so it would cost extra money

Everything went great, Mike came out to my house after hours to discuss our options. Mike then gave me a very reasonable quote for the work, we agreed to have them provide the services. Mike had the roof done just a few days later, his crew was very good clean-up was great. the gutters were installed a few days later, again excellent work. Mike was very nice to work with. i will recommend them for any exterior jobs i hear about in the future.

They finished the job in one day like they said they would, even finishing it themselves. Very concerned about making us happy with there job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a contracter.

The contractors were prompt, professional and very courteous. His assessment and knowledge of our repair needs was very thorough and he explained his repair proposal in detail. The work was done in a timely manner and clean up was very well done!

Joe and his team made me and my family feel like we were being taken care of by someone we had known for years. In addition to being a very talented craftsman, Joe also demonstrates a degree of professionalism which sets the standard in the field. He is straightforward, trustworthy, and I would without a doubt recommend Joe and his crew for any of your home repair, remodeling, or handymen needs. My brother was in the market for a new roof. A friend referred Russell Hill Contracting. I connected Mike Russell with my brother. They made it easy for him as my brothers schedule is very hectic. They deemed it necessary that his roof needs replaced and provided a quote that was VERY competitive. Mike was very knowledgable and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone one especially because of convienance. They walked him through the whole process and made it as easy as possible! They will be doing the installation in August.
