Joe and his crew were excellent! He quickly inspected the roof and provided a detailed scope of work. Throughout the process he communicated with me about his progress and provided details about the status of my roof. The work itself was excellent, and I am much more knowledgeable about my home as a result of working with Joe.

The contractor said that shingle replacement did not qualify as a minor repair. He inspected the roof, took pictures for an estimate of repairs (which I could have received for free) and found no evidence that it needed the "minor repairs" that he stated were covered by the deal. The deal states: "Package includes a roof inspection (comma) minor roof repairs (comma) caulking exposed nail heads on flashing (comma) resealing around any unsealed pipe collars (comma) exhaust fans (comma) vents and chimney flashing up to 4 penetrations (comma) and any other general maintenance." I spelled out the word "comma", because the wording of this deal in no way implies or states that "minor repairs" only include those items described after the term "minor repairs". I have had multiple shingles replaced by contractors in the past for $75 each, and felt that my money was 100% wasted on this deal since this contractor insisted that the cost of a single shingle replacement would be $250. I cannot determine whether fault lies with the contractor or with Angie's list, as the deal description was misleading and I don't know who wrote it. Nonetheless, someone has my $99 and I did not receive any expected value.

We love our new roof! From the quote to the reconstruction, the job was done in the most professional and efficient way. This company completed the roofing job on the same day they started and cleaned up the area well. We've already referred them several times to family and friends! We purchased a $49 Roof Inspection Deal with $250 Credit Toward Repairs with no restrictions on the pitch of roof. The pitch of our roof is 8/12. We received an email from Russell Hill after they received the order from Angie's List letting us know the Deal was for roofs with a roof pitch less than 8/12. Nobody cares to learn a company decides to change the fine print after going through the process. We decided not to do any business with this company and get Angie's List to refund our money.

They arrived several times in order to be here when the insurance representative arrived.

Joe was very professional, called before arriving, and was right on time. He was able to even do the repairs while he was here to evaluate the roof! Very honestly priced for the quick repair instead of other roofers who had a much more expensive minimum charge. Very pleased with the whole experience and will definitely recommend them to my neighbors and friends!

The contractor was unwilling to provide a detailed scope of work. They simply said they would provide a roof better than the existing roof with all the bells and whistles. They asked for a copy of the insurance claim worksheet detailing the costs. I sent them a redacted copy of the worksheet. And asked them to provide an estimate and to separate the "bells and whistles". They were not interested in working up pricing and a scope of work. They simply wanted to take the insurance documents and proceed for there. It is possible there was not ill intent and just poor communication. As a consumer I am concerned when a contractor advises me he is throwing in all the "bells and whistles" and then wont provide the details.

Joe and Ramsey went above and beyond for me. Came out on very short notice for us since we were in a time crunch on whether to buy this house or not. They were both more than knowledgeable, walked us through every detail on the roof and the attic. I was extremely pleased with the follow up and pictures provided post inspection. I will be using their services in the near future and i would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Thanks Joe & Ramsey!

Joe called me back right away and was incredibly transparent about who I should reach out to because his areas of expertise didn't exactly match what I was looking for. He was incredibly helpful, thoughtful and gave advice for who could get me the correct quote. And he even offered to be a sounding board if I had any questions or thought any information I got from other contractors was fishy. An awesome guy - would highly recommend!

They said they went to the house was suppose to take pictures of what they found. Never sent info to me . Keep on giving excuses. I really want my money back.

Hired to investigate a roof leak. gave us a quote for repair, but between winter weather and finances have not been able to get the work scheduled, so will schedule that portion later in the spring.

The inspection and minor repairs went very well. They responded very quickly and were very professional. They identified some other issues and provided an estimate. They provided pictures of the problem areas and suggested solutions. I ultimately went another company for those repairs due to past experience with the other company and lower price.

I thought their estimate was high for the chimney repairs. Found another contractor who replaced the entire chimney above the roof line rather than repairing it for a significantly lower cost
