Russell Hill worked amazing. They took all the hassle out of working with my insurance company and made it so easy to file a claim. Both Ramsey and Joe were professional and great to work with. They got my roof replaced quickly and the clean up after was incredible. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had been struggling with my insurance company for 3 months to get my hail/storm damaged leaking roof repaired. I finally decided to contact Russell Hill contracting and within a week they had new roof was approved and paid for. They came out the following Monday and my roof, including the decking, was done in one day! My back deck and yard surrounding my house we’re cleaned up spotless afterwards! These guys are pros!

It was a smooth and detailed job, Ramsey would always reach out whenever info needed to be conveyed. He was also helpful throughout the whole process as well as checking after the job was finished to ensure I was satisfied with the quality of work performed.

The rotten gutter boards and wooden chimney frame were repaired and the existing gutters were salvaged. They did an outstanding job quickly finishing work and the cleanup was outstanding! We can recommend their work, honest and quality workmanship!

The ceiling looks amazing now. It was slightly sagging and the texture looked horrible from when I purchased the home. It’s a million times better and I’ve already planned to use them again for future projects. He also provided a roof inspection for my detached garage since that needs replaced which we plan on doing here soon with Ramsey. Thanks for everything yet again!

I had contacted Ramsey for a roof replacement on my garage as well cleaning out all of my gutters. They were professional, prompt and did a great job! As always, everything went smoothly. I have had Ramsey to my house several times for roofing and gutter installations. He is always on time, friendly, professional and I would not hesitate to continue to hire and recommend this company.

Joe came out to give me an estimate and within 10 min, he told me they weren't the right people for this job, not because it was out of their skill set but because he knew there was A LOT and he wanted to help my dollar stretch further by working directly with craftspeople. He still spent an hour at my place taking me through all the details and educating me on the situation. He showed me photos of everything. I appreciated the time he spent and he offered a referral to a person he'd used in the past.

This company represents the height of integrity. I had high-wind roof damage and checked Angie's List for a reputable repairman. Joseph Hill responded right away, scheduled an appointment and arrived exactly on time. He inspected the damage to my roof and gave me extremely valuable advice on how to proceed with the repairs. I heartily recommend him and his company for the honest and professional way they conduct their business.

Our home needed all the exterior trim replaced due to rotting. We contacted Ramsey with Russell Hill and he was awesome. Came out within 24 hours. Talked to us about our issues and assessed the problem areas. Provided us a very reasonable quote that same evening and was able to schedule & complete the job within 2 weeks. Could not recommend Ramsey and Joe, his business partner enough. Great company to deal with.

By far some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Everyone was extremely helpful. Workers arrived on time, cleaned the worksite daily, and were very professional. RHC worked with my insurance company to make sure I got everything I needed repaired and covered. The general contractor was efficient, courteous, and available for any questions when I needed him. I will use this company and would highly recommend.

Russell Hill was great throughout the whole process. From the quote, insurance inspection and completion of the project Ramsey and his crew were professional and easy to deal with. We had storm damage from a hail storm that hit the area. I reached out to my network to see who had experience with a roofing company and came up short. I took the recommendation to reach out to Russell Hill from a neighborhood site and was happy that I did from the first interaction. Ramsey was quick to help with everything and was also able to secure additional benefits for my roof that I wasn't aware were available. I was happy with the service and appreciate that I can call him directly if there are any questions that I have even today.

Russell Hill was great to work with and made the process of filing a complex claim easy and they communicated and broke down the entire process of replacing the roof clearly. Ramsey was present during the roof inspection to corroborate the inspectors findings with me, which was great as the initial inspector that my insurance company sent out did not do a thorough inspection, which prompted me to ask for another inspection. Once the insurance claim was approved, Russell Hill worked with an independent, registered claims adjuster who ensured that all components of the roofing system, including our skylights, were covered under the claim, and all we paid out of pocket was our deductible. They completed the replacement in just over a day and all of their laborers were very professional and did a thorough job cleaning up after the replacement. Ramsey was in constant communication with my during the entire process to make sure that I was updated with the project progress and to ensure that I was satisfied with all of the work. We also used Russell Hill to paint all of our exterior siding and replace our shutters. We pretty much have a new house from an exterior perspective, which both my wife and I love.

Joe was extremely responsive and timely. He was friendly and professional. He could have easily misinformed me and charged me much more for my roof issue, but he was very honest with me. I would definitely hire Joe again for my roofing needs. We need more people like this in the contracting business!
