Description of Work: Repair of dripping shower was second time we've used Russ. He is our go-to guy. This repair involved poor original installation - stripped slots in screw head holding single lever valve, so screw had to be drilled out in order to replace entire valve. As usual, Russ was able to do work a day after call, showed up on time, clean work, patient, did not run up charges for longer than expected work.

 + -1 moreRUSS IS A ONE-PERSON SHOP OPERATION. FRIENDLY, PUNCTUAL, & PROFESSIONAL. GENEROUS WITH HIS PROFESSIONAL OPINIONS WHEN I ASKED HIM ABOUT OTHER POTENTIAL PLUMBING WORK. QUICKLY ASSESSED OTHER PLUMBING AREAS SUCH AS MAIN SHUT-OFF VALVE AND SAID WAS FAIRLY NEW AND IN GOOD SHAPE. ALTHOUGH I HAD TO LEAVE A PHONE MESSAGE, RUSS RETURNED MY CALL THE SAME DAY AND WE MADE AN APPT FOR THE NEXT DAY. I WAS THE LAST APPT. OF THE DAY AND RUSS CALLED ME TWICE ON THE DAY OF OUR SERVICE APPT. TO LET ME KNOW WHERE HE WAS ON HIS SCHEDULE. HE WORKED QUICKLY, EFFICIENTLY, KNEW EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS DOING, AND HAD ALL THE NECESSARY TOOLS AND PARTS WITH HIM. THIS GUY IS A TREASURE!
