ROSIE'S NURSERY

Great! First in late November, my wife & I went to Rosie's to pick out the trees we wanted: Very helpful in assisting our choices, and they had a great selection (despite being the end of the year). The next week, Rosie's delivered and planted all the trees into our business property on the far west side of Indianapolis. They were prompt, did the work quickly and professionally, and cleaned up after themselves. The trees look great. They guarantee the trees for a year. The workers did a good job of not interfering with my business during the planting.

` Purchased three six to seven ft. evergreens for our yard. The one year warranty date has passed by several months--we hope the trees are healthy so far... The gentleman who helped us in our selection was pleasant and knowledgeable; however, when we called Rosie's with a question before the installers arrived, we were told there wasn't a system for leaving a voice mail for anyone, that they were very busy off-loading product. There was no interest in trying to help me. My thoughts were, yes, you are busy off-loading product because of customers like us who have purchased quite a bit from Rosie's in the past. My question went unanswered...when the installers arrived, thankfully I was home and we settled the matter. However, another problem arose because the installers did not know how far away to plant each tree from the other. I had to estimate, using an evergreen in our yard that is about 8 years old...I do not have any expertise in this area and was surprised to see the installers would have planted the trees too close together. A disappointing end, we had enjoyed doing business with Rosie's in the past, have serious doubts now.
