I have never been so pleased with a stressful situation being turned into a wonderful job being done with a solid individual. I had a safe feeling at all times and he took his time and saw more of my house than I have in the 8 years I have been here. He is worth every penny, because he does it right. We may even have things we need to fix, but the fact is....he is someone I know would find them. So I pray that he can be our assessor on the house we are purchasing!

The inspection went well. Ron Jackson did a really good job at providing us with a detailed report that pointed to areas we needed to be aware of regarding the condition of the house we are considering to buy. During the inspection he gave us information about potential problems, possible causes and ways to rectify some of the problem areas. He was punctual and responsive to our concerns.

If you are buying a house you must have Ron Jackson perform the inspection. Ron is the most thorough and knowledgeable home inspector EVER. He inspected four properties for us and saved us untold heartache and money. Ron's reports are clear, concise, contain excellent color photographs and the report information is exactly what you need to make a good decision. Mr. Jackson is EXTREMELY thorough!! He is very nit-picky because he wants to make sure that you know EVERYTHING about the home you're about to purchase. He met with us the day after the inspection to go over his report. His report is very well organized, including special notations pointing out anything that is unsafe. The report also includes many color photos to help you make the connection between what is in the report and what is happening in your future home. It's obvious in looking at the report and talking with him that he takes pride in a job well-done. He also seems like a generally nice guy, which wouldn't matter for my review if he didn't do such a great job! But he really inspects everything we could think of and MUCH more!

Really well. Good communication and punctuality; I live out in the sticks, and most services are late getting here. Ron was 5 min early by my watch, and to me, that's on time. As a scientist by trade, I could tell that Ron has scientist tendencies: very precise and proper. He answered all of my questions and was friendly about it to boot. My relocation company hired him as I'm trying to sell my place, so that's a vote from those folks. I actually called him this week to get advice on inspection items, just as a second opinion. Top shelf individual, also a military vet and reservist. He is first on my list for any inspections if I move back in Indiana; I'm pretty sure nothing would get past him.

I called at 9am and he saw my home at 1pm on the same day!, Great service and detailed report. Must also add that he was very professional and went into great detail explaining the issue we had and his recommendations.

Mr Jackson did a complete external and internal inspection, limited only by the lack of direct access to the roof. He pointed out specific problems and answered our questions in clear language. He submitted a complete report with photographs within 3 working days. He is a conscientious professional, and I would surely engage him again if needed.

WE HAD SOME WATER DAMAGE TO OUR HOUSE, AND NEEDED TO KNOW THE EXACT CAUSE IN ORDER TO PRESENT A GOOD CASE TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY. RON WAS ABLE TO FIT US IN WITHIN A WEEK. HE ARRIVED ON TIME, WAS EXTREMELY THOROUGH, VERY HONEST AND REASONABLY PRICED. IT WAS ESSENTIAL FOR US THAT WE RECEIVE AN UNBIASED ASSESSMENT FROM A COMPLETELY INDEPENDENT INSPECTOR- RON IS EXACTLY THAT. WITHIN TWO DAYS, WE RECEIVED A PROFESSIONAL REPORT WITH GOOD QUALITY (COLOR) DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHS, DETAILING THE COMPLETE EXAMINATION OF OUR HOME. I CANNOT EMPHASIZE ENOUGH JUST HOW THOROUGH HE HAD BEEN- JUST WHAT WE WANTED. AS AN ASIDE, IT WAS RON WHO FIRST POINTED US IN THE DIRECTION OF ANGIE'S LIST TO FIND A GOOD REPAIR CONTRACTOR. I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY TO RECOMMEND THE INCLUSION OF HIS COMPANY WITHIN THIS SITE. EXCELLENT WORK.
