As a pool owner with very limited knowledge on how to deal with common water/pump/filter issues, they have taught me so much & saved me A LOT of money compared to using a local National chain pool supply store.
Description of Work: I frequently go to Roger's Pools to get advice/help on my pool. I regularly purchase chemicals & equipment.

Description of Work: Rogers Pools offered advice on our pool opening. I purchased pool caulking from them and a sign for no diving allowed.

+ -1 moreWalked in, was asked what I needed. Told him I needed water tested and a recommendation of how to treat. He waited on the phone while I called my husband for additional information, then made his recommendations. He didn't try to sell me more than I needed.
Description of Work: Went to get pool water tested and to understand how to test in the future. Very helpful, sold me only what I needed.

Description of Work: I use Rogers Pools for pool parts and services. I had a problem with my pool sweeps in July, and they were able to replace the parts for me and keep it in service.

+ -1 moreI had a problem with my pool. So, I contacted them for advice. They couldn’t help me directly. However, they did talk to me at length and offer me suggestions and referrals. They were very helpful. They were accessible. They didn’t do the work that I needed, but they helped me find someone who could do the work. In the past, I have purchased chemicals from their store. I spent about a $100. They are always great. Their prices are as good as anybody else’s. I will surely use them again in the future.

+ -1 moreWent in recently with a serious filter and heater issue. They helped me sort through the issues and come up with a solution that made sense long-term for us. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.
Description of Work: I have bought pool equipment and go in for consultations on my pool. They've been in business for more than 50 years and I have never had a better service experience in my life. They actually care and they are highly professional. I am willing to pay a small price premium for this kind of service.

Description of Work: This company is A+ in every category. I go there in order to get independent objective advice about my swimming pool. The work they performed involved testing my water and giving me advice on how to maintain the pool They also sold me a salt generator.

Description of Work: I have worked tirelessly, trying to find a pool company capable of servicing our neighborhood pool. Opening & closing, weekly maintenance, etc. I finally called Roger's Pools & the guy I spoke to, Mark, was very knowledgable, gave me three names to call and was very helpful & informative. I wish they did this type of service. This company rocks!

+ -1 moreMr. Wrennick was very kind to take the time to explain many things to me about the pool, leak detection, maintenance, and to suggest a person who could service the pool. Thanks! We now buy all our supplies and parts from Rogers!
Description of Work: Mr. Wrennick is terrific! He offered advice on a pool built in the early 70's. He suggested service personnel who came and did the work and the young man, Jason, was outstanding. He is also a certified electrician, so he was able to handle not only the operating issues of the pool, but the plumbing and electrical issues as well.
