Description of Work: I SET UP AN APPOINTMENT WITH ROBYN'S TO HAVE MY BLINDS CLEANED ON APRIL 29TH AND THE CARPET CLEANED ON MAY 1ST. THEY WERE TO ARRIVE AT 10:00 AM ON THE 29TH OF APRIL. NO ONE HAD ARRIVED BY 10:20AM SO I CALLED AND REACHED AN ANSWERING SERVICE. THEY SAID THEY WOULD GET IN TOUCH WITH THE GENTLEMAN AND HAVE HIM CALL ME. AT 11:00 AM I STILL HADN'T HEARD FROM ANYONE SO I CALLED THE NUMBER AGAIN. SHE SAID SHE WOULD PAGE HIM IMMEDIATELY AND HAVE HIM CALL. HE FINALLY CALLED AND SAID THAT HIS TRUCK BROKE DOWN AND BEEN TRYING TO GET A SERVICE TRUCK BUT WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO DO THE BLINDS TODAY. I LET HIM KNOW THAT I WAS UPSET ABOUT HIM NOT LETTING ME KNOW WHY HE WAS LATE. I ALSO CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT TO HAVE THE CARPET CLEANED.
