I was impressed with John Gambrel's presentation and knowledge. We decided to use a company that both ordered and installed the windows.

They arrived on time, did great work, cleaned everything up and were friendly and nice.

I had "Barry:" from Robert's Glass head/of residential windows. (his first week on the job) He is totally, horribly incompetent. His estimate was incomplete, and took 3 weeks. I gave him my credit card over the phone yet my order was not placed for 2 weeks!)When the windows arrived he scheduled the apt. They did not show or call. I called the next day-Barry was gone, someone else had to look up my file to discover the installers didn't have me in their apt. books at all. I had to reschedule for 9 days later. When installing I found out Marvin windows have changed dramatically, thus larger and won't match frames of my existing windows. Inch taller and wider!! TOTALLY Barry's fault. I was forced to order another to replace a good window to match... I started in June, it's Oct still waiting for last window. The installers were very good, efficient, competent (and frustrated with Barry too). I would use Roberts only if I could eliminate Barry from the process totally!!

Excellent customer service! I was truly wowed by this company. I needed a part for our very old sliding glass door (handle broke off.) This company helped me identify the manufacturer of the door (it was not obvious), identified the exact part I needed, found exactly where I could purchase the part (an out-of-state hardware company), and then offered to purchase it for me if I was unable to buy it retail (and Roberts Glass doesn t even deal with his company.) They did all of the work for me! And this was all done through email I never left the house. (Incidentally, I asked another Indy window dealer if they could help me identify the part and they said they could not.) My husband and I were so impressed with their help (mind you we paid them nothing) we definitely plan to call them when we are ready to replace our windows. Top notch customer service!

This was a major window replacement job, and Roberts Glass did a good job of handling it. The staff from Roberts Glass and their installation subcontractor were polite, neat and responsive to our needs. The windows arrived on schedule and were installed immediately except for one window that was mismarked from the Marvin factory. The correct window was ordered and installed five weeks later. The Roberts Glass staff made every effort to quickly resolve all problems that came up during the installation process. We would use Roberts Glass again on another window installation job.

Because of rotted windows we needed to replace 4 large units, including four with curved, special order windows. The service was excellent as well as the price.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. INSTALLATION IS FASTER THAN I WOULD HAVE EVER IMAGINED.

THEY MEASURED INSIDE AND OUT, BUT NEVER GOT BACK TO US WITH AN ESTIMATE!

IF I COULD GIVE THEM AN "A+" I WOULD. THEY DID EXTRA THINGS FOR ME THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE TO DO.

THEY GAVE ME A PRICE ON MY MEASUREMENTS WITH UNDERSTANDING THAT IT MAY CHANGE. AFTER THIS MAN RE-VERIFIED THE MEASUREMENTS, IT DID NOT CHANGE. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING THE DIFFERENT WINDOWS THEY CARRY AND SHOWING ME HOW THEY OPERATED. THEY REALLY SEEM TO KNOW THEIR BUSINESS and WINDOWS. I CERTAINLY WOULD RECOMMEND THEM! I GOT TWO OTHER ESTIMATES ON OTHER WINDOWS. THESE WERE THE BEST.

INITIAL INSPECTION INDICATED THAT WINDOWS COULDN'T BE REPAIRED. I THEN ATTEMPTED TO HAVE THEM COME OUT AND QUOTE ON REPLACEMENT. WE NEVER COULD CONNECT, SO NEVER RECEIVED A REPLACEMENT ESTIMATE.

I CALLED TO SCHEDULE THIS WEEK, BUT THEY WERE ABLE TO HAVE 2 GUYS COME OUT THIS MORNING. I WAS REALLY SATISFIED WITH THEM BEING ABLE TO COME TODAY.

THE BEST THING I LIKED WAS THE WORKERS THEY SENT OUT. THEY WERE TERRIFIC, PROFESSIONAL, SKILLED AND DID NOT MAKE A MESS. I DO NOT HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS.
