RICK MAYFIELD PAINTING

Rick did a fine job. He was on time and very detail oriented

I called Rick on a Friday, and he arrived the next day to provide an estimate. He emailed the estimate the following day via email. I agreed to the service, and he started two days later. He arrived early and worked the full day for each of the three days required to perform the exterior repaint (weather permitted). Price did not include cost of paint, which I purchased at Sherwin-Williams.

Everything went fine, I am using someone else because I thought he was very expensive.

Rick was great! He kept in contact as to when the work would be done and was very careful when working around our landscaping. This was a challenge because our entire home is surrounded by shrubs. The quality of the work was excellent and there were no mistakes.

Rick did a great job. He came and gave me an estimate and came the next day and did the job. Good quality work and friendly.

Rick is easy to work with and quick to get things done. Since I was changing out the light fixtures at the same time he had to work around the electricians schedule which I am sure he wasn't planning on. In addition to the inconvenience there was more patching that had to be done. Upon completion everything looks great. I will definitely be using him again.

Rick needed to make a few repairs to the wood siding, which he did very well. Trim on the garage doors needed to match the main color and he obtained an exact match. I did not have a deadline for the completion of the work, and it did spread over several days as he had to deal with the weather.

Rick did a great job! Painted 4 ceilings, painted a bedroom and did all of trim woodwork. He did a excellent job!! Will be hiring Rick for any paint work that I need. Was a very satisfied customer.

From the first phone call Rick was very responsive, professional, and realistic about estimating his time. Within about a week he came over and gave an estimate. We had gotten 3 bids and his was one of the lowest, but we chose him because he made such a good impression. We called right away and said we wanted him to do the job. He scheduled us very quickly after that. He seemed to take our scheduling problems into consideration, which we really appreciated. He told us what to expect every step of the way. He purchased all the paint, but did not require a deposit. He was very pleasant, really cleaned up after himself every day, and did an excellent job. He also seems to know a lot about paint and wood, etc. Even though Rick works alone the job was completed in 6 days after he began. He had to take a couple days off for rain, but he called and kept us informed. We are looking forward to calling Rick again when we need additional painting done. Our house looks great!

It was wonderful!!! We originally had another company that was suppose to come out and do the work for us but they backed out Friday evening at 5:30. We called Rick and he was three weeks out in scheduling but we explained to him what happened and how we were having a surprise 70th birthday party at our house that Sunday so it was really important the work was completed. Rick personally came out to the house Friday evening about 8:00 pm to pressure wash the deck. He then personally came back Saturday morning to stain the deck and make sure it was done before the party we were having. His work is just as great as his customer service skills. The deck looks AMAZING!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Rick to anyone! We will definitely use him again!

Rick Mayfield did a great job. He contacted us promptly and scheduled our work as soon as reasonably possible. He took his time to do the job right the first time. We are very pleased with his work and will use him again. We will also recommend him to family and friends.

I knew when rick came and gave the estimate that he had the job but I still had to gather other estimates. my first impression of him is who he is, very soft spoken , professional, good listner and does exactly what is needed to complete the job in meeting the customers expectations however he exceeded them. Rick is a one man show so you as a customer must be patient, he works at his own pace but he is worth it. Ricks' painting is very clean having no incidents of runs drips or spills. all unpainted surface were protected during the job. I would highly reccomend his services and will use him again for any painting needed should it be it be inside or out. i On another note I have already discussed with Rick on painting our driveway, but no date has been set. Anyone who hire Rick can rest assured because the outcome will leave you beyond satisfied.

Rick showed up at the time he promised. The power washing was completed quickly and thoroughly after all the furniture had been moved to the yard. The deck had a lot of mold under the horizontal rails and on the posts. He removed all the mold, and fixed all the nails that had popped up. The next day he applied two coats of semi-transparent stain. The deck was quite faded before he stained it, and now it looks like new. His price included all the supplies and he used a top of the line deck stain product. He worked quickly and very effectively to apply the stain. The boards really soaked up the stain so he had to go back over several boards with each coat until the stain covered well. The job was very well done and Rick was very pleasant while performing the work.. There were no spills or over spray on the surrounding grass. We highly recommend him for anyone who needs a deck stained.

Rick is well deserved of his contractor of the year honor. This is the 3rd time I've used his services in the past year because of his great service. He has painted my garage, basement and now the entire inside of my home. Rick works very hard to make sure every aspect of your remodel is done cleanly, professionally and on time. I've yet to find a better painter than this man and I will be using him again in the future.

Rick was very professional, responsive, timely, and pleasant. He was knowledgeable and produced great results painting. We will have him back to power wash, paint, and rescreen our back porch!

We cannot tell there was ever any drywall cut out of it. Excellent, thorough, and top quality job. Rick is more than just a painter. He is a complete handyman! We are very happy with his work and will definitely hire him again.

Rick was very prompt in responding to my inquiry, price was reasonable, and Rick arrived right on time to do the work. Painting looks great, and Rick did a great job of cleaning up after the job was done.

Rick was very responsive in returning our request for an estimate. He came to work early and stayed late. The quality of his work was excellent. He was very easy to work with and responded to all our questions. He went above and beyond twice for us. Once in completing a job left by another contractor last year. He cut out a decorative star from a piece of plywood and placed it on a panel that had not been completed the previous year by another contractor. He also patched and painted an interior wall that had sustained some water damage. We were very pleased with the job he did for us.

Came out and quoted on Sunday and started job on Monday. Finished job in three days as promised.

This is the third time we have had Rick perform interior painting for us. As with the other two jobs, everything went exactly as expected. He was right on time each day and completed the job in two days. His attention to detail is great and the finished job was great. What more can you say when you have the same individual back for a third job? His work is of a high quality and we recommend him without reservation. Give him a call. He will not disappoint.
