It's been perfect and they have never had a return on anything they have ever done. It's always been exactly what they said it would be. They are professional. They came and did what I wanted done and gave me a decent price. They are always just what you expect, that's why I've kept them for so long. They are always the same and I've never had a return call or a complaint, it's just what you would hope for.

They are always very good. They are always prompt. Every job they have ever done has been done right and reasonable. I can't say one bad thing about them. I have recommended them to neighbors. I would give them an A on everything. I haven't used anybody else for 35 years.

Rex May Plumbing is awesome! The service was awesome! The people at the office were awesome! The plumber himself was great! I was pleasantly surprised at how cheap the price actually was.

They are a local company, and we have known them for a long time. They are just good people who do good work. Their price is probably correct.

They are extremely reliable and very nice people. The owner of the company supervises the work and sees to it that the job gets done. The quality of their work is good and I have been satisfied with their service.

In calling the office, they were responsive and pleasant, and in setting up the appointment, they seemed to want to be accommodating to get there as soon as possible. They have done work for us before a number of times and I would keep calling them back. They are on time and they charge a fairly decent price but I don?t know what to compare it to. I would recommend them.

It was great. They are very clean and careful. I have used them for nearly 10 years, and I am always happy. If there is ever anything wrong with their work, then they return free-of-charge to fix the problem. They are my plumbers of choice.

I called the day before. They arrived when scheduled. I asked them to replace 2 outside water faucets which were leaking. But after discussing the problem with the repairmen, they said they could replace only the knob & valve assembly which would fix the leaking and only take a few minutes (and the cost would be a lot less too!!). The facuets work like new and I'm happpy. They could easily have over sold me and they didn't. Also, the repairmen were very positive and motivated to do whatever I asked.

Rex May guys were professional, quick, clean and friendly including the delightful lady that sets up the appointements. I used to bid my plumbing work out but have found that I always end up with Rex May.

I was looking for a new plumber. Our current one was getting way too expensive. Basically pot luck when I chose Rex May. Same or next day service. Quality work and quality parts. Pricing was great. Glad I found a plumber who does great work at a reasonable price.

They were right on time and worked quickly. Very professional.

The only problem was the plumber did not ask about a free replacement on our Delta unit until after he had installed the new one.

We noticed a leak in our ceiling in our dining room. Found it was coming from master shower upstairs. We had to put a small hole in the drywall to get to the drain. I called Rex May at 11:00am. At 12:00pm I received a phone call back to see when someone could come and give me an estimate. He was here at 12:10pm! He fixed the leak and explained everything he did. He also fixed a small drain problem in our other bathroom and was done by 1:10pm. He did a great job. We will definitely use them again. He charged us only the service call fee of $100 which I thought was a little high, but it was well worth it. All done the same day!

I called Rex May Plumbing and was told someone would call me. I told them to call after 3:00 pm. That was 8/27/08. Today is 9/4/08 and no one has called me.

I contacted the company and was told the backup system they recommend and its exact cost including installation. Called them back within a couple of hours and gave them the go ahead to proceed. Was told that they would check to see if the system was available in stock and get back to me. I was called back within a few minutes and was told it was available and could be installed the following morning. The installer Rick arrived on time, was very courteous, explained the backup system that he was installing and went to work. He was finished in a very reasonable time, gave me a quick overview on how to maintain the system and left me with a service manual to read. I was very pleased with the service I received from start to finish.

I called at 7:40am and told the women my carpet was soaked and that my wife had removed the wall paper in the downstairs bathroom the prior day. I suspected it was leaking in the bathroom wall because I couldn't find any noticeable leaks. Rick poke a hole in the wall below the shut of valve to the tank. Checked all the plumbing fixtures for leaks in the house then pulled the refrigerator out from the wall where we discovered the leak coming from the water valve inside the refrigerator. After shutting off the valve they cleaned up the water and I had them replace the refrigerator against the wall. While here they performed the previously mentioned work. After one and a half hours they charged me $100.00 and wished me a good day. This Company is family owned and a very efficient run business that won't clean out your bank account. Anyone else would have charged me an arm and leg (At least that). Past experiences with other well named plumbing services were very costly and filled with excuses for poor workmanship (leaks after repairs, etc) Rex May is the one to call if you want quality service at a fair price.

Rex May was the best overall. We had others give estimates and Rex may was at least $500 under the others. They were honest and fair. They did a lot of work in just a day.
