I called and even though they were working on another bigger job, they worked us in same day for which I was most grateful. The most pleasant, knowledgable technician showed up and had our pipes flowing freely in no time at all, received a free estimate on a future job. I would use Rex May Plumbing again!

After discovering on a Sunday evening (we had no hot water) that our water heater was leaking we left a message on the company's answering machine. They called us before 8 AM the next day -- gave us a cost figure which we accepted. They said since we were without hot water they would schedule us first. They arrived by 9 AM. This firm is a second generation family owned business that really cares about their customers. The younger Rex (his father still works some and is great) and his helper did excellent work -- the installation went well -- and the area was totally cleaned up before they left.

They've fixed leaks, installed toilets and water heaters. Haven't had a problem except for minor leak once after water heater installed bur they came right back and fixed it.

Rex May Plumbing, Inc. are great. I've used them on and off for 40 years. That's who I call. Their only weakness is that they do not operate on weekends or nights. They are not available for any emergency services. We used them when the father had the business and now the son has the business. That's how long it's been. I've never had a bad experience with them - never. They're wonderful.

They arrived on time and completed the work within a couple of hours.

I had a new washer and dryer installed,and the cold shut-off valve broke in the laundry room, leaking water at a high rate. The only temporary solution was to turn the water off. I called a neighbor and asked her for a reference, and she gave me Rex May Plumbing. I looked them up on Angie's List, and they had great ratings. I called and was told they would try very hard to get someone there before the end of the day. The very polite receptionist called back within an hour and said she had someone on the way. The plumber arrived and quickly replaced 4 valves that were badly corroded. The charge was $100 for the call, and $51 for the valves. I was very pleased with the repairs and service. I would not hesitate to call Rex May Plumbing again.

After the main water valve was turned on and off a few times by the home inspector and a handyman it developed a leak. I called Rex May Plumbing as the result of a referral from the condo association manager. Rex showed up and explained that the packing at the main valve was leaking and that it would loosen each time it is turned on and off. He explained that the saddle valve that was installed above the valve was the one to use in order to turn off the water to the condo. His assistant tightened the packing on the main valve and stopped the leak. Overall it was an expensive lesson to learn about the plumbing system in my new home. I am disappointed that the home inspector did not explain the purpose of the saddle valve. I am even more disappointed that I did not check Angie's List before calling a plumber.

The work was excellent. The two plumbers were professional, courteous and friendly.

The company was recommended to me by someone and I called them. They came and did the work and I think they were very reasonable. I am sure they were prompt also. They were good.

They are very good. They’re reliable and honest. They do the job and they show up when they’re supposed to, unless they can’t make it. Their price is reasonable. I’m willing to pay a little bit more to get the job done right the first time. I’m a little picky. If there’s anything on their mind, they will say it upfront. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

We were real pleased with this company. They were very prompt and have a great business that has lasted over time. We would certainly recommend them to anyone in the future. They were also very reasonable in the price and are willing to send a bill instead of expecting money on the spot.

They did a really really good job. They were honest, they were on time, and they fixed the problem quickly and didn't try to charge me for anything else which was really nice.

One of my rentals had a clogged toilet and they went out and repaired it. They are usually on time. Whenever they are done with a job, I don't have to worry about it anymore. If something is wrong, they are always prompt to come back and fix it. They are good people and a family owned operation.

They are a small company and their reputation means 100 percent to them. They are my first and only choice for plumbing. I will use them again in the future.

Rex May Sr. did a wonderful job. He was very thorough and professional. The kitchen faucet was a challenge to replace but he was able to provide a new replacement which works even better. I am very pleased and happy with his services.

I find that most people who do the work out here want to get paid right away. Rex, himself, came to our home. He found out the garbage disposal we purchased was too big for the unit. The disposal was really too big for the space available. He had one on his truck that was the right size and installed that one in for us. I asked how much I owed and he said he would just send a bill. He was very good, efficient, and cleaned up well. I found he was very reasonable with his price.

They are fantastic. They show up on time. They do great work. They are very friendly and professional. I really trust. I’ve had situations where they could have told me something that I didn’t need. I can rely on them to tell me the truth. They are very knowledgeable. I would rate them the highest in that area. Their ability of performing and efficiency is excellent. I would highly recommend them and use them again in the future.

They are a great company. They are a small family owned business. The lady who spoke to me was very informative. She is a very good communicator. I left a message on her answering machine over the weekend and told her that the pump was running continuously. She called me back and they came right out. They are always presentable. They always tell me what they are doing and what exactly is happening. They are respectful of my home. They are neat and tidy in their work. I would use their services in the future too.
