I will say that my experience was that the people I worked with (for the most part) were friendly and tried to be helpful. I think they just have crappy systems. I ordered online for in store pickup (because the prices are a LOT better that way). When I didn't get a notification I could pick up (after several hours) I used their chat (because the phone to my local store seemed to just go to some random persons answering machine). They could not find my order with my order number and asked for the product number. Later, when I CALLED them after again not getting any response I got the same thing. I don't understand why you can't find an order with the order number but somehow can with the product number. I never got an answer on that. Anyway, when I finally got to the store (after being assured I would not have any more problems) I found that my order had been cancelled. So, I had to just get my items from the store. At least they were willing to match the online price. Overall, I wasted almost my whole day trying to get two overpriced parts. I guess since there is not other way to get these parts the same day they can be as crappy as they want and we will still go to them when we really need our appliance fixed right away.

I really had a good experience. He was on time with his appointment and it only took two days to repair it.

One of the two suspected parts was needed to make the repair, the other was not. I bought both, but Bell's happily refunded the cost of the unneeded part and I have a functional dryer again

They had what I needed when I needed it. Good quality parts and service.

Very well. Again this is not an appliance repair company, but they supply parts for the do-it-yourselfer. They also provide some basic troubleshooting advice.

I was able to repair my washing machine myself for the cost of a small part. I did not have to pay for a repairman to come to the house to determine the need, travel to find the needed part, and return for the replacement of the broken part.

There was a manufacturing delay and we ended up getting the part from someone else. They were very helpful as far as getting me the price estimate for the part. I had nothing negative but we ended up not using their service. There were communicating with me when there was a delay getting the part from the manufacturer. They called and left a message as well. They received one part but when they got it in and opened it up, it was damaged. They notified me at that time and they ordered again. It was the second time that we made a decision to just purchase a different appliance. We did some comparison with another dealer and I think their price is a little higher.

Bell Appliance Parts Inc. was able to find out which knobs I needed by reading through the manual I had for my stove. They didn't have the item in stock but they were able to locate original parts and order them for me. They are a fantastic company. They can figure out what you need and they can get it for you. They are very honest and have a modest store front.

My refrigerator/freezer stopped cooling. Food was thawing. After several unsuccessful attempts to get a service technician out and even settling on the possibility of having to purchase a new unit, I decided to try to tackle the problem myself. I did my homework, then contacted Bell Appliance to confirm my own suspicions. The representative on the phone spent over 20 minutes on the phone with me. She walked me through the process of obtaining the equipment diagrams, which they had conveniently posted on their website, and advised me which parts I would need to narrow down the problem. They even had the necessary parts already in stock! So, from start to finish, including drive time, I was able to repair the refrigerator within four hours. Bell Appliance saved me HUNDREDS of dollars in repair service costs, food replacement, and time, and saved me from having to buy a new refrigerator! Thank you Bell Appliance!!!

My stove was acting up. The price for the parts was cheap compared to having somebody come out. They were able to look up the parts and give us an idea of how to fix some of the things that were wrong with the appliances in our house. I have a gas stove with an electric igniter and the igniter was heating up too slow. They also said I would have to have somebody else come out and work on it after buying the parts.
