Real Green Cleaning

Excellent! Professional, friendly, worked with me on moving certain furniture pieces, got rid of tough stain on ottoman, and offered advice on interim cleaning. Will be using Real Green again.

Joe was fantastic to work with. We were planning a birthday party for our son and knew we needed to scheduled a cleaning before then because the carpets were pretty awful. We noticed the Big Deal offer for 3 rooms about a week before the party. Before we bought the deal, we called Joe first to check that he could fit us into his schedule before the party. He answered my call right away and was able to get us scheduled. Prior to the appointment, we had a few questions that we asked Joe through our Angie's List account and we appreciated that his response was very quick. The day of the cleaning went well and we also added the stairs to the service. The carpets looked amazing and the rooms smelled clean but not that "chemical" smell that a lot of cleaners leave behind. With a crawling baby and a dog, this was very important to us. We were very pleased with Joe's work and will use him in the future. He also left with us a bottle of stain remover, which we actually used during the party because cake had fallen onto the floor. It removed the black and red icing very easily!

Real Green Cleaning did a fantastic job!! This is our 3rd time now to have them come out and clean our high traffic areas & also our couches, and they look amazing afterwards!! I highly recommend them! :)

Joe was wonderfully professional from the moment he answered my phone call. He was able to fit us in the same week as my call, and he showed up punctually and comported himself very professionally. He did a beautiful job cleaning our furniture (including remnants of crayon stains from our 2 1/2 year-old), and we felt good that we were bringing "green" products into our home. (They were very effective at removing all stains, by the way.) Joe is warm and friendly, and his prices seemed very reasonable and fair to us. We felt very comfortable having Joe in our home. We were extremely pleased with the overall experience and would absolutely use Real Green Cleaning again and would recommend Joe and his company to our friends and family.

Joe was thorough, punctual, professional, and polite. His cleaning services left our carpets clean without the strong chemical smell that you get with traditional carpet cleaning services. Having three young children, Joe's service allows us to keep our carpets clean without the worry of harmful chemicals in our home. I would highly recommend his services!

The carpet cleaning service showed up ahead of time after notifying me that they could arrive early and proceeded to clean the carpets in the designated rooms. There was a spot on one of the carpets that required a little extra work and this was taken care of without even mentioning it. The technician was very pleasant and professional.

This is the second time that I have used this service. Both times, Joe was prompt in arriving at my home. The most recent time, he arrived early as he knew that I had to leave for work after carpet cleaning. The cleaning was quick and the carpet looked great. Joe answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with the work before he left. He also took time to clean an area rug that I added at the last minute. After working with Joe two times, I would never go anywhere else. This is a great quality service, at a reasonable cost and professional interaction. I highly recommend Real Green Cleaning.

On time, very pleasant and professional, very thorough, showed me extra spot cleaning that I had pointed out, finished in 2 hours.

He was right on time and got right to work. We had not yet moved into the home, so the carpet cleaning was pretty quick. He was able to get out the prior owner's pet stains. The carpets dried within a few hours. We would certainly use this company again for our carpet cleaning needs.

Joe was here early and gone in about an hour. The carpet looks great - much better than it has after being cleaned by another company. There was a problem with a pet odor that came out of the carpet after cleaning. Joe came back to re-clean that area at no charge. Great experience, I'll use them again!

The finished job is clean, and impossible to tell where it was dirty. Joe has worked for us before and each time he makes this carpet look fresh and new. Amazing !

Joe was very pleasant on the phone and did a great job of following up. He was flexible with his schedule when I had to move him back a few days. He gave me a courtesy call thirty minutes before arriving and showed up 5 minutes before scheduled arrival. I'm not easily impressed, in the past used to see all carpet cleaning Connie's as the same. Joe immediately put on show covers before stepping off of the tile entry into the carpets (just wish I could train my kids to do the same!). He inspected all areas to be cleaned, asking for as much light as possible during the inspection process. He pretreated all areas at no extra charge, put furniture slides under the small pieces, like coffee tables, and went to work. Within 45 minutes he was done, and cleaned my area rug in the kitchen for just $15....after others had quoted $25. Joe promised to send a post card in six months as a reminder that these carpets may be ready for another cleaning, Thanks Joe and Real Green Cleaning....I've already recommended you to a friend.

Carpets and upholstery cleaning look great. No vapor smell at all, which was our main goal. All major stains removed! Moved furniture remaining in work space on his own, even though I had offered to help. Great attitude, pleasant, accommodating to all our requests. Really made sure he pleased us. Explained green cleaning process and materials. Family man. and was so polite to my wife and me. Arrived on time. Did take more than 1-2 hrs to dry due to very high humidity.

Joe was punctual, explained what he was doing every step of the way. Very pleasant young man.

He gave new life to our ten-year-old Berber and plush carpet, removed dog vomit, rust stains from chair legs, remarkable job on stairs from shoes. Incredible job on dog wear patterns. House smells chemical free. No smoke or dog smell that comes with rented cleaners. Delightful owner. Quick scheduling.

Joe was great. He was on time, it didn't take as long as I expected and the results are great. Update: Joe first did the work back in May and the results were great. After a recent kid birthday party, something (not sure if it was a juice box or paint!) got spilled and went unnoticed for at least a week. I called Joe to see if he could come take a look. He was working in the neighborhood and able to come the same day and take care of the spot without charging.

He does all the work himself. He does a great job. I have used them before and he did a nice job.

I purchased the deal for my friend to use at her home. I called Joe to inform him of this and he was very responsive. He answered right away and was able to get an approximate service date right away. I emailed him my friend's information. He got in touch with her right quickly and had her on the books for the following week. I went to see the work after and as usual it looked great. He is able to bring the carpets back to life. He is very quick and efficient and I would definitely use him in the future.

Upon scheduling the service, the owner was very polite and responded in a timely manner. He arrived early on the day of service, and actually helped us move some furniture! He then vacuumed and thoroughly cleaned the carpet using a non-toxic cleaning agent. It took about 45 minutes and he left us some non-toxic spot cleaner.

I have had absolutely no reason to look for anyone else to clean our office or the carpets in my home. Excellent job!

I called and scheduled cleaning and he gave me an estimate over the phone. I had to reschedule twice and he was very kind about it. He showed up on time, did a great job of cleaning the carpet and left everything in great shape.

Real Green Cleaning was easy to schedule with, showed up even a few minutes early and worked on my stained furniture until it looked brand new! We have a small child, teen, two adults and a dog in our house, so there were a few stains to be cleaned. He got right to work and worked until he had all the stains out. Definitely going to be my go to company when I need anything like rugs or upholstery cleaned again (and I won't wait for so long and as many spots next time).

We have a small house with three carpeted bedrooms and three area rugs that needed cleaning. I was looking for a "green" provider. Joe (owner of the one-man operation) and I exchanged some emails about pricing and process and then settled on a day/time for the cleaning within a week or so of sending the first email. Prep was easy - we moved smaller and lighter furniture before Joe arrived. When he arrived, he offered that he could also clean our dingy microfiber couch. I was glad I said yes - after Joe worked on it, it looked brand new (after nine years of use, including milk spills and dirty hands from kids). His cleaning solution is peroxide based and it did a great job of getting at the dirt and stains in the carpeting and rugs. He spot treated the tough stains. All in all, it took about two hours and then time to dry. I was so pleased with the service and great work that Joe provided - I recommend Real Green Cleaning to anyone who needs carpet or upholstery cleaning!
