He was on-time and did the jobs as agreed on. The cleaning was good.

Joe was very personable and professional, responding promptly. They called to say they would be arriving 15 minutes before our scheduled time. Cleaning was done in less than an hour. Carpets were slightly damp but nearly dry by evening in spite of extremely humid weather.

Afterward the carpet in the two rooms was like new. Great job.

Very well, Joe is great to work with, punctual, organized, he lets you know what to expect. There were a few small stains that did not come completely out of the carpet following the first visit, so he went over them again during the ceramic tile scrubbing visit. The grout is about 90% cleaner and I'm wishing I had had this company clean it many years ago. The price is very fair and they go over the area several times. We're very pleased with the result.

The provider kept in contact with me. Two men showed up and did an excellent job. They were friendly, professional and I would use them again. The offer was different, with two rooms and one chair, but I didn't need that. An Angie's List representative contacted the provider and worked out a deal that was what I needed cleaned! Very pleased!!

Service provider was punctual and friendly. He agreed to do some extra rooms for a reasonable fee ($75.00). Work was performed quickly. The results were okay but not completely as suspected. It was supposed to be a dry process, but a residue remained which took at least 2 days to clear up. Carpeting was difficult to vacuum as a result. The next time we will try steam cleaning to see if the results are different. This is not necessarily a negative view of the service provider but aimed more at the process used.

the provider and i talked before he was scheduled to come out, I let him know that i really didint have 3 rooms of carpet that needed cleaned. I explain to him that I had some high traffic areas that was my biggest concern, he let me know that he would have to bring another chemical that is a bit harder to get it clean and was that ok. since he use all green products. It was a good expierence and i will use him again!

They called to let me know that they could come early if I was able to meet them. When they came, they quickly got to work, cleaned the area and were very polite and professional. I have used this company exclusively for my home cleaning needs for several years now and I am never disappointed. Joe always gives a free bottle of cleaner with every clean and my home always smells and looks MUCH MUCH better (almost new) when they finish.
