Purchased the Big Deal on Nov. 4. Contact was made by Joe on Nov. 5. Appointment scheduled for Nov. 16. On the 16th Joe arrived armed with all the equipment needed for the job. He then set in to do it. I worked in another room in order to stay out of his way. He vacuumed, then spot cleaned, then overall cleaned the carpet in two adjoining rooms (living and dining) and the hall leading to the bedroom, then the bedroom. It seemed no time at all that he was finished and asked for my inspection. I was amazed and pleased that he had succeeded in cleaning up all those spots so completely, since my earlier efforts had been such failures. Whatever it is he uses left no smell. That also amazed me. The carpet was apparently damp because it had buckled into bumps. I know that would go down as it dried, and it did. Now we know who to call when we need more carpet cleaning. Job well done!

Great experience. Joe replied promptly to e-mail messages and answered all of my questions in regards to the cleaning process, scheduling, applying my Deal purchase and if there was a trip charge (there was not). I was interested in trying a chemical free clean and thankfully my husband was willing to give it a try. We were very pleased with the results and how the job was handled. Joe arrived at the appointment on time and the work was done in about an hour. He even cleaned an additional hallway at my husband's request. We have white carpets and did not realize how gross they were until we saw the results. It was the first time we had them cleaned since we moved in. The standard clean even got out some spots. We were thankful Joe let the standard clean do its magic before applying any special spot treatment. The carpets were dry within hours of the cleaning. Joe even left us a bottle of professional strength spot cleaner that is bio based. It works just as well as, if not better than, the chemical based carpet spot treatment I already own. We've tested it on rust, coffee and pet mess spots. We plan to get the carpets cleaned at least annually and use Real Green Cleaning again. We'll also buy more Green-Wizard when our bottle runs out.

Our family dog likes to leave stains on the new carpet in my 3 year old's room. We couldn't get the smell out with anything we tried and we didn't like using harsh chemicals on carpet that our kids will be playing on. With that in mind we found Real Green Cleaning to be the best option and called right away. Joe came out within 36 hours of calling him and took care of it. He explained what he was doing and what he was putting on the carpet. He let us know the time we needed to stay off the floors and what to do after it is dry. Great price, service, and professionalism!!!

The whole experience went very well. He was prompt, thorough and efficient, and left us with very clean carpets. We're very pleased.

Joe was friendly and professional. He explained all processes, drying time, etc. The results exceeded my expectations and the use of 'green' cleaning products was the deciding factor in choosing this service.

Everything was great! Joe was very responsive after I purchased the deal. We scheduled an appointment right away. On the day of the appointment, he showed up on time and got started right away. Our carpets were pretty bad so I expected that he would not be able to get all of the stains out. I was completely wrong and now the carpets look great. He was able to get out all of the stains and I couldn't be happier. He was very timely, efficient and personable. I would definitely use Real Green Carpet Cleaning again in the future.

I called Real Green Cleaning to deep clean all the carpets of our home, not expecting anyone could save them... but Joe did!!! My jaw hit the (clean) floor when I got home. It looked better than it did when we moved in 6 years (and 4 kids) ago! After I vacuumed it as recommended, it was nice and soft again, rather than that after clean crunchy that comes with any cleaning/air dry. Perfection. So I called him again to do the same thing again when we moved, and was just as happy with that service! Most recently, I asked him to clean a large sleeper couch for us, (another one we weren't sure could be brought back to life... covered in cat dander and stains, but I got it for free!) and it looks brand spankin new. Many large, fairly severe (blood?) stains are completely gone. He used a green, peroxide cleanser and scrubbed cat hair out of everywhere. My kids even sat on the garage floor watching him and I felt completely comfortable, since the "chemicals" he uses are safe. (We discussed it and I made sure! I'm a good mom... ;) ) As a bonus, he carried on a conversation with my 6 year old about moths, milkweed and monarch butterflies!!! (awesome.) Then I kinda pulled the 'ol "Oh, hey, I have this extra (large) rug... any chance you could... " and he did. He even gave me a deal. :D So yeah, if Joe did dishes, laundry and bathed children, I'd have him come back every day!!! :)

I found Real Green Cleaning here on Angie's List and was excited because it is very important to us that we not use harsh chemicals in our house. I called to make an appointment and from the beginning Joe was very friendly and professional. He was also flexible in his scheduling. The day of the appointment, he arrived a few minutes early, took a look around, brought in his equipment and got to work. It took about an hour for him to vacuum and clean all three rooms. The carpets look great - all the spots left by our children and pets are gone. Most importantly, he was able to get rid of all the stains without using harsh chemicals. Again, he was very friendly and professional. The carpets took a few hours to dry entirely, but we were able to start moving furniture back in about an hour after completion. We will definitely use the services of Real Green Cleaning again.

Our experience with Real Green Cleaning was fabulous!! We had just moved into our new home in June with nice, new carpet that was very light in color. Quickly we had stains in the high traffic areas, as well as a huge stain in one of the kids rooms from an accident that I thought would never come out. Well Joe got EVERY stain out. Our carpet looked new again. No strong smelly chemicals were used either, so we felt good about that. We also had Joe clean our micro fiber couch that is tan. It looked brand new when he was finished with it. I would highly recommend Real Green Cleaning to anyone for their home or business, carpet & upholstery needs!!!

My wife and I have used Joe with Real Green Cleaning several times to clean our furniture and carpets. We have 4 young children in our home that spill drinks and food on our furniture often and every time Joe comes out he always is on time, professional, and does an excellent job. Joe arrived as scheduled and asked to see all areas to be cleaned. He asked questions to fully understand what was expected and then promptly got to the task at hand. He worked consistently and efficiently, completing his work and then asked if everything was completed as expected. I was very happy with the work and the result. I like that Real Green uses products and processes that are environmentally friendly and that do an excellent job. Joe has performed services for us twice and we've felt each time he's gone above and beyond! The first experience we had with Joe was to remove very stubborn spots left from wood stain (which was black) on our carpet. Two other companies had been to our home previous to Joe with no luck in removing the stain. When Joe arrived, he was confident he would be able to alleviate the issue. He was right! The carpet looks virtually brand new and we were extremely pleased with his diligence to make sure we were satisfied before he left. The second time we used Joe, he cleaned three high traffic areas in our home (familiy room, home office, and stairs). We have three young children and a dog so we definitely put our carpet through some wear and tear. All three areas now look fantastic and the house smells fresh and clean! The carpets aren't soaking wet like other companies we've used in the past. Joe wore shoe protectors and was very careful with the equipment around our walls and corners. His pricing is spot on and he offers some great deals on his website. Joe is professional, extremely friendly, and someone we look forward to inviting back to do more cleaning in the future!

Joe and his assistant arrived on time and were professional. They were able to remove some of the stains on the carpet and it looked nice when they were done. However, I am not really sure what kind of equipment they were using. It looked more like they were buffing my carpets. There did not appear to be anything that actually sucked dirt and grime out. In some areas the carpet became crunchy and not soft, even after vacuuming. Anyway, several weeks later the stains that they "removed" had reappeared. I think they just used something to cover the stains. Additionally, I used my personal carpet cleaner in a couple of areas and was amazed at the amount of lint and dirt that I was able to pull up. This shouldn't have happened if the carpets were actually clean.

This company is really top notch. They showed up on time to clean my carpets, and were able to remove a stain that a previous carpet cleaning company could not remove. Fabulous! I will use this company from now on!!

Real Green Cleaning did a GREAT job of cleaning my carpets. They were able to get out old stains. The carpets were dry in about an hour or so. They really did look great. It was also good to know the carpets were cleaned in a safe, green way for my family & kids. Based on what I've seen, I will only have Real Green Cleaning clean my carpets from now on. My wife is hard to please & even she was happy. :-) I will also suggest them to family & friends. Joe Heinbaugh, the owner, was really courteous & professional. Good to know there's still quality people in the workforce.

The experience was awesome - from the initial contact of scheduling the appointment to the job being completed. Joe was prompt - actually a bit early for our appointment. He asked to walk around with me to show him any areas needing extra attention and found spots I had not even noticed before. I love the results. All spots have been removed, the carpet looks great, the house smell wonderful, and I have peace of mind knowing no harmful chemicals were used. I also loved the fact that we could put everything back so quickly as the carpet was dry in an hour. I would definitely hire Joe again!

I was looking for a environmentally friendly, healthy way to clean the carpets in my home. I called 3 local companies and Joe was the best at describing his product and process. His price was about $10 more than the other competitors, but you get what you pay form. Joe called me the day before to confirm the appointment. He was on time and dressed professionally. He noticed spots on the carpet that I had not even noticed. He worked around my schedule. He was great with the pets. True to his word, the carpet was dry in just 1.5 hours. It didn't have that wet carpet feeling. This was the first company I've used that actually vacuumed the carpet prior to cleaning. And after it was all done, he even wrote me a personal thank-you note and offered a 10% discount on his next visit. Of course, I've recommended him to all my friends.
