Description of Work: The 23 year old master bathtub had dulled and was hard to clean without harming the surface. We also needed to replace 3 sinks and 2 faucets and hardware, and a master bath tub drain. A plumber suggested we try Re-Surf. They had tried this and it lasted on year on a similar situation and was cheaper than installing a whole new bathtub. We described the work to Re-Surf. They could come and inspect the work in two days. However, they wanted to come at night which was peculiar to us. They did come and estimated the job. We decided to schedule the work. They only worked at night. We believe they had other day jobs. There were 2 men. One kept leaving the work. We believe they were returning to another job that was unfinished. They had low voices when talking to each other. We wondered what was going on. One man would leave. Return or not return. During their work, they broke the existing tub drain, had to cut a 10 inch by 10 inch panel from the wall to get to the broken pipe, remove it, install a new pipe and solder. The new pipe was well installed. No leaks. Their work did refinish the master tub to a brilliant china white finish. It "cures" over night under a heat lamp. It is one year later and as the plumber said above, the old yellow, the old dinginess has returned to the tub floor. The 3 sinks were well fitted in the 3 lavatories. The new faucets work well.
