He wasn't that easy to get a long with because I had to call him back several times. He claimed he never received them. He did finally get back with me though. There was a crack that went across the entire double the driveway and asked him to amend it and he said it was not his fault and refused to fic it. We were also having a roof done at the same time and claimed the shingles cracked the concrete. I really do not know who is at fault. He didn't want to take any responsibility for it though. Overall, I was not very satisfied with the work. I would never hire him again.

It was completed as scheduled and as expected.

They were awesome. They answered every question we had and did exactly what we needed. They even repaired a piece of sidewalk that was not on the initial agreement. Everybody loves our patio and I would definitely use them again.

We were very satisfied with their services. They were exceptionally careful of my garden when pouring the concrete. We appreciated the care they took. We also felt they gave us a fair price. The owner actually did the job himself along with his son. They were both very pleasant to work with.

He did nice work and we've been recommending him to people around the neighborhood. They were a little expensive but worth it.

The quality of their work was good. We did have some issues with punctuality but I felt they had good reason for their timing. They were pretty good at letting me know when they couldn't make an appointment and warning me ahead of time.

Mr. McCorkle started the work, then disappeared for three weeks. After I called him he came back and built forms and poured the corners. Then he disappeared for several more weeks. After I called him and threatened to have someone else finish the job, he finally came and completed the work. The final job on the steps looks very good, though there are a couple of smears of concrete on adjacent brickwork.

This was a tough job as our driveway is way narrow and large trucks could not get to the garage. Randy was meticulous, and overcame many obstacles he was often still out working after dark if they had just poured fresh cement. He is a very nice gentleman and we would definitely hire him again.

Randy did an excellent job: placement and elevation were exactly correct. He included a 2 inch drop over 24 feet, but maintained level footers on three sides to accommodate wall placement without the use of shims. Randy is extremely conscientious, and came up with ideas for site improvements and thought ahead toward the construction of the garage with several good ideas. I will use Randy again to pour some additional patio area. He is an excellent craftsman, and is very diligent and responsive.

He returned my call at 10:30 pm. He did not give a time when he could come and give an estimate ("whenever I am in your neighborhood"). Several days later he called, got directions, came, and measured. He said he would send me an estimate by the week's end; I have heard nothing yet. I have someone else doing the work now.

Randy was very professional. I enjoyed talking with him. The reason I did not have him do the work was simply, because the landscape company that was already contracted to do some work on my home could do the concrete work as well. I will certainly keep Randy in mind if I need more work done.

Randy did a very good job. He followed the sidewalk dimensions sketched by a landscape designer very well. He started and finished on time. He cleaned up very well. He checked with me frequently to make sure he was doing the job as I wanted. There is only one small problem with Randy and that is that he is a ''one man band''. I think he does everything himself, ie. phone calls, estimates, and work and therefore he is not always on time and does not make all appointments, (though he calls). If he gets really busy, as everyone does during the summer, he may forget to call you all together. However, if you can wait for him, I don't think you will be disappointed.

Prompt efficient work. Nice people to do business with.

Randy came out to give an estimate for a patio repair on a house we were getting ready to sell. Randy came out quickly and told us that he did not think that repairing it would significantly increase sale value and that it would be difficult/expensive to fix. We appreciated his candor and professionalism.

CAME BY TO QUOTE A CONCRETE JOB 3 MONTHS AGO, BUT HAS NEVER SENT ME THE ESTIMATE AS PROMISED.

WHAT A GREAT PERSON/CRAFTSMAN TO WORK WITH! HIS ESTIMATE WAS NOT THE HIGHEST OR THE LOWEST BUT VERY FAIR WE FELT AND ACTUAL COST WAS THE SAME AS THE ESTIMATE. OF THE 4 PEOPLE WHO GAVE US ESTIMATES HE WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO POINTED OUT A PROBLEM WITH THE STEPS FROM THE GARAGE INTO THE HOUSE AND OFFERED TO FIX IT FOR US. RANDY IS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF HIS TRADE AND ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS. WE PLAN TO HAVE HIM RETURN TO REPLACE OUR FRONT PORCH SOMETIME NEXT SPRING.

RANDY DID A FANTASTIC JOB FROM START TO FINISH. HE SHOWED UP FOR THE ESTIMATE EXACTLY WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. HE PROVIDED A TIMELY ESTIMATE AND FOLLOWED UP WITH ME FOR SEVERAL MONTHS, AS I PUT THE PROJECT OFF LONGER THAN I HAD HOPED. WHEN I FINALLY GAVE HIM THE GO AHEAD, THE ENTIRE PROJECT WAS FINISHED IN ABOUT 1 1/2 WEEKS. HE WAS METICULOUS ABOUT GETTING THE GRADE CORRECT AND SPENT A GREAT DEAL OF TIME ON THIS. THE CONCRETE FINISHING IS FIRST RATE AND I AM MORE THAN PLEASED WITH MY FINISHED PRODUCT. I WOULD CERTAINLY USE RANDY AGAIN AND WOULD GIVE HIM THE HIGHEST PRAISE FOR ANY CONCRETE WORK.

RANDY CAME IMMEDIATELY WHEN CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE. HIS ESTIMATE WAS IN-LINE WITH A PREVIOUS ESTIMATE WE HAD GOTTEN FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. HE STARTED THE JOB WHEN HE SAID BUT BECAUSE OF HIS WORK LOAD HE DID NOT FINISH AS SOON AS WE WOULD HAVE LIKED. BUT THAT WAS MINOR COMPARED WITH THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK. HE CLEANED UP THE SITE AND EVEN LEFT HIS BARRICADES UP UNTIL WE COULD GET NEW LANDSCAPING UP TO KEEP PEOPLE FROM CROSSING THE CORNER OF THE DRIVE.(WHICH HAPPENS WHERE WE LIVE) WHEN HE CAME FOR THE FINAL CLEANUP HE EVEN FINISHED SOME OF THE PLANNED LANDSCAPING BESIDE THE DRIVE. HE WAS AS GOOD AS HIS GLOWING REVIEWS IN ANGIE'S LIST. WE WILL USE RANDY FOR AN UPCOMING SIDEWALK JOB AS WELL.

ONCE RANDY GOT STARTED ON OUR JOB (HE'S A VERY BUSY GUY) HE DID EXCELLENT WORK. IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT FOR HIM TO DO IT. HE'S A REAL PERFECTIONIST AND VERY MINDFUL OF THE DETAILS. HE SEEMS TO HIRE NICE GUYS AND THEY WORK WELL TOGETHER. WE'RE VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS.

UNLIKE A LOT OF SERVICE PROVIDERS THEY WERE PUNCTUAL IN GIVING US THE ESTIMATE. WE DID NOT HIRE THEM BECAUSE WE HAD A BETTER ESTIMATE WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. WOULD HIRE IN THE FUTURE IF PRICE WAS RIGHT.

RANDY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON OUR FRONT PORCH AND WALKWAY. HE MADE IT BIGGER PER OUR SPECIFICATIONS WHILE MAKING VERY GOOD SUGGESTIONS IN INCREASING CURB APPEAL AND FUNCTION. EVEN THOUGH RANDY AND HIS CREW DID NOT ALWAYS SHOW UP ON TIME, THE FINAL RESULT WAS WORTH IT. HIS CREW ALSO CLEANED UP AFTER THEY COMPLETED THE JOB. RANDY KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING AND IT SHOWS.

RANDY DID NOT RETURN THE CALL FOR 4 DAYS. HE INDICATED IT WAS A BUSY TIME AND APOLOGIZED FOR THE DELAY.

RANDY MCCORKLE RETURNED INITIAL CALL PROMPTLY AND GAVE A THOROUGH INSPECTION TO THE PROJECT BEFORE SUBMITTING AN ESTIMATE. HIS PRICE WAS ABOUT 30 PERCENT BELOW THE ESTIMATE OF BIG NAME COMPANY. HE PROVIDED A LIST OF ABOUT A DOZEN EXAMPLES OF SIMILAR WORK. RANDY IS CONGENIAL, RESPONSIBLE, AND PROFESSIONAL. HIS SCRUFFY APPEARANCE AND DILAPIDATED TRUCK GIVE THE IMPRESSION THAT HE IS ONLY A HANDYMAN. THAT'S UNFORTUNATE, BECAUSE HE IS VERY GOOD WITH CONCRETE. THE ONLY NEGATIVE WAS THAT HE DID NOT ALWAYS GIVE US AN ACCURATE ESTIMATE OF WHEN HE WOULD BE WORKING. IN THE END, THAT MADE NO DIFFERENCE.

I CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE AND LEFT MESSAGES FOR THEM TO CALL ME BACK. NO ONE HAS RESPONDED.

SLOW RESPONSE TIME. UNPROFESSIONAL QUOTE EXPERIENCE. WOULD NOT REVEAL PRICE UNLESS I COMMITTED TO HIRE.
