He also subcontracted to have the tree house removed. I don?t think he normally does masonry work. He was very easy to work with. He was very honest and did a good job. He was very fair and honest. I will use him again in the future.

I would have to get him out to do a couple of other things. The price was very reasonable too.

He is very good and let you know if he is unable to perform the work. He has always been on time and will generally return your calls in a timely manor.

Excellent! I woke up with a broken door that had been kicked through in an attempted break-in. I called Randy at 10 am on a Sunday and he call me back within 10 minutes, and 20 minutes later was at my home. He secured the door, and talked with me about how he would need to make the repair. It's a very old door & the trim was difficult to find, but he was able to make the door look & work better than it did before!

Excellent communication over phone and email, prompt response to initial inquiry and emails throughout the project. The garage turned out to be a much messier job than I initially thought due to walnut shells stored for years behind the walls and it was performed well, materials hauled away and beautiful when finished. Nice folks, very professional, perform high quality work.

He told me he was going to come one day and take them off. When he couldn't make that appointment he called and we rescheduled for the next day. He took the doors off and placed a tarp over the hole. There were some issues with the weather and the dampness was slowing the drying time. He came back and installed the newly painted doors and wood frame. He returned a few weeks later to caulk as it was too wet to do so at the time of installation.

He has always been very competent. He has done caulking, installed porch lights, changed a lot of my bulbs to the energy efficient kind, etc. I have him do things that are difficult for me. He is pretty tidy with his caulking. He is a very nice and personable man. He has been able to accomplish any of the tasks I asked him to. He comes when he says he will and cleans up well after himself. He is a really nice person, I feel quite comfortable around him. I don't have any complaints about him at all.

The material that he used matches the wood perfectly. He was very professional and the price was extremely reasonable.

We experienced a lot of inefficiency; partly due to not having the correct materials ready, and partly due to Randy's friendly, talkative nature. If you use this service, we highly recommend asking Randy to come to your home and walk through all the tasks with you before he gives you an estimate. This way you can go buy all of the materials before he returns to start working. At the end of a 1/2-day, there was a lot of remaining items on the to-do list that did not get addressed. We are looking for other options to help us complete the jobs.

I called Randy about a couple of other things and he responded quickly. He was very professional, did quality work and we will definitely use him again. He is exactly the person we have been looking for since moving into the area. Thank goodness for honest workers like him!

I went to plug in a lamp, and sparks shot from the outlet and then the outlet fell apart. I checked the List, found Randy, and he arrived within 30 minutes. He checked the outlet and the box, then replaced the outlet. He was kind, courteous and REMARKABLY prompt. Then, he only charged me $30. Wonderful man, did a great job, will recommend again and again!
