R & S SEWER CLEANING INC

Called Chapman Heating and Cooling and told them the problem. They advised they have plumbers but do not clean out main sewer lines. Chapman refered me to R&R Sewer Cleaining. Called them in the morning. She advised they could be out that day. I asked that they call me 45 minutes prior to arrival and they did. I was able to work and not have to wait around for them. They were out that afternoon. They arrived 10 minutes after I got home from work. They cleaned (cabled) out the sewer on the spot. He put runners down prior to bringing the power equipment in so as not to durty up the carpet. Everyone I spoke to on the phone and the service technician were all prompt, friendly, timely, and very courteous. I would definitely use them again.

The company was responsive to my schedule. They called ahead and, even though I was later than them, they waited for me. Tammy determined that I did not have a clog but needed a pump repair. She even gave me a suggestion for a firm to provide that service.

Cleaned out and no trouble since they came.

They were great. They did not try to sell us unnecessary services and informed that we didn't need to do as extensive work as we thought. They were priced very fairly.

They put a camera in a line to take a picture and follow it to be sure the line was clear. They showed me the picture and explained everything. They were neat and cleaned up afterward. They are very upbeat and professional.

I was happy with R&S Sewer Cleaning Inc. Company. They came out pretty soon after I called. They didn’t take too long to unclog the drain. Their price was very reasonable. They were very friendly. They were very professional. They gave me suggestions to some general plumbing related questions I was asking them. They seemed very knowledgeable. They could answer all my questions. I would use them again in the future.

The job performed was excellent. Everything they did was described to us and we felt very satisfied. We called on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to work us in on Sunday around noon. We would definitely use them in the future.

I needed to have my sewer pipe inspected for leaks and cracks. We have numerous trees and a house from the early '70s. R&S was able to schedule the camera and cleaning service within a couple of days of my call. The woman doing the work was unable to make the appointment on the first day, but called to notify me and came the next morning. She was thorough and responsive. She left a DVD. She found a crack and hole in the pipe and recommended that I have the pipe replaced. She gave a recommendation for a service provider that could do that work and gave me the number. All in all a good experience eventhough I wish I didn't have to replace a sewer pipe.

The night before service I did a load of laundry in the basement and an hour later (to my horror) my basement was full of sewer water. Needless to say, I was very rattlled by it. Not so calmly I got on Angie's List and started looking for a company. I picked Tammy's company because her reports all looked very fairly priced plus there weren't really any unhappy people considering backed up drains are always stressful events for homeowners. I called Tammy at 7:30 the night before and she promised to call me as soon as she finished her morning jobs and came over. She and her daughter arrived with a 350 lb. snake machine, quickly located the main opening to my drain, got the cap unsealed, and started snaking through the drain with a long cutting snake. It took a while, but she got all the way to the main city pipe which she said was 70 feet. She told me (fortunately) that my drain was clogged with normal sludge and not tree roots. I had a slow drain in the upstairs sink. She sent her daughter up to take care of it. Her daughter didn't notice, but whatever she did to the sink caused about a 1/2 inch of sludget to come up my shower drain. I didn't notice it until Tammy and her daughter left. I called Tammy and she came right back out to fix the bathtub drain too! The whole thing was just a little over $200. I asked Tammy what to do to prevent drain back up in the future. She suggested that I do a maintenance snake routine every couple years. She's so affordable, that won't be a problem! Tammy IS my drain and sewer professional. Don't hesitate to call her.

I was quite pleased with R&S, so much so that I've decided to have them come out annually to clean my sewer as a preventative measure. Two technicians came to the house and started work immediately. They were polite and hard working. Their initial attempt was unsuccessful as I had pointed them to a sewer clean out that apparently was not functional. After I pointed out them to another clean out they started their work over without complaint and successfully cleared the line. My one suggestion for the company is to touch base with the customer if the technicians are unable to make the initial appointment time window. This is important to customers trying to coordinate with their own work schedules.

Just as R and S did several years ago, this was excellent work. I liked them then and I still like them! This clog turned out to be something I could not have taken care of myself no matter how hard I tried. I would highly recommend R and S and I will be sure to call them again the next time I need this type of work done.

I believe we got them from Angies List. The toilet clogged up again three days later. They did not wear the proper footwear when they came into my home. They were probably here later than they anticipated. We were not happy with their service and we went to another company to fix the problem.

I called and asked the vendor to knock this job out the next time in the area. As always, they arrived quickly, did a great job and were very competitive. There is no need to call anyone else, they are A+ at what they do and the only call you need to make!

Great. Picked this company from other favorable reports on Angie's List. Very professional and knowledgeable. Honest & straightforward, no sales attempts for other services, no drama. Did have to do a little extra work to get to my drain so they could clear it and were very patient and hard-working. Would use them again if the need arises. Would recommend to others.

I had Roto Rooter come out to my house to clean out the sewer line after I had significant water in the basement after the recent storm. They TV'd part of the line and told me I had a cave in and wrote me an estimate for 9K. I called R&S Sewer for a second opinion after they were referred to me. They were prompt and very professional. I don't have a sewer cave in, I have lots of roots and shifting in one section of the line. They referred me to an excavating company to provide a qoute on the work

I had a very slow (almost completely clogged) kitchen sink drain and a birthday party planned for the next day. They came out very promptly, cleared the drain, and were out in no time. I will definitely call them again.

Tammy has been doing this a long time (I think she said 17 years), while her father was in the same business for 40 years. She clearly knew what she was doing. Price was very reasonable.

I called around noon and the service guys were here within a couple of hours. They were knowledgeable and went right to work on the problems. (We had several issues) They stayed at it until the job was done and cleaned up any resulting mess from the work. It was a tough job and the price charged was very reasonable for the ammount of work performed. I would highly recommend.

I had tree roots and bushes in my drain, which hasn't been roto-rooted in at least 17 years. They were able to come out on a Monday evening, the same day that I had called. However, they were incredibly busy. They had to search for the opening of the pipe, but eventually found it, then cleaned it up. The price was reasonable; I was happy with the price. Overall, I'm satisfied with their services.

They snaked my drain and unclogged it. There was lots of lint in the drain. They told me a lot of information about my drains and pipes, like don't use liquid plumber, etc.

Basically, I could not run any water due to overflow into my kitchen from the inside utility room drain (where the water softer drained into). When R & S ran their snake from the kitchen drain out to the sewer connection it was to hopefully clear the drain. When they pulled the snake back it brought back small roots and they determined that the problem was roots infiltrating the piping from the house out to the city sewer connection. (the house is on a slab) I ended up having a friend do the digging and plumbing and we were pleased with explanation R & S gave us. They were right on.

Great job. Much cheaper than the big name co's

They came out and unplugged the sewer, and did a good job of it. I would use them again in the future.

I have a sewer that periodically is clogged with tree roots/other. I have used this company for years and they do a good job.
