Description of Work: We have old clay sewer pipes and need to have them cleaned twice a year. R & S is very responsive - both times coming within 24 hours. They do great work and are very reasonably priced.

Description of Work: When our bath tub drain was clogged the day before guests were arriving, our usual plumber was unable to get to us for three days. They recommended that we call R & S. Tammy was able to come that afternoon and clear the drain for us. We were very happy with the service provided.

Description of Work: Great experience...needed the main line from house to sewer snaked out. Michael called before he came, diagnosed the problem, and had it cleaned out within 30mins. Nice guy and professional. Definitely will use again. $98- great deal!

Description of Work: basement drain backed up at 9:00 pm. i called thinking i'd be up all night with a container and a buckett. had a truck in the area and said they could do the drain that evening. Two very nice and polite ladies came and machined the drain clear. Cleaned up my floor and i booked them to the main drain in a week. done and done well.

Description of Work: Tammy & her daughter cleaned out the main sewer line. Roots were in the line. Tammy recommded that we have an outside of the house clean out installed. We intend to look into this in the spring. R& S does not install clean outs.

Description of Work: We called R&S sewer cleaning because we had water backing up in our cleanout and our toilets wouldnt flush. They came out and snaked the sewer line, which pushed the clog out and fixed the problem. Very happy with the results and everyone we spoke to as well as Tammy who came out was very nice and helpful. Would definitely use again.

Description of Work: Partially clogged kitchen drain. Had "blub blub blub" sound in sink when toilet flushed. Hubby thought vent may have clog. The pair who came agreed that the vent needed to be cleaned. They went to roof and cleared one vent. But the second vent still needed to be cleared. Their big machine broke as it was being removed from the first vent. They had another truck with another couple come by a few hours later to complete the job. Somehow in trying to send the equipment thru the vent the clog was pushed to a joint and refused to move. Now the toilet would not flush. The woman and man were wonderful. They never gave up and though it took a couple of hours they finally got the plug, which they think was a large piece of rust, to "move on". Even though it took MUCH longer than they anticipated they refused to charge any more than what they had originally stated over the phone. In each case it was a man and a woman who came. They were very professional and did a great job under difficult circumstances.
