Courteous and hardworking, this company tackled the job which involved restoring a sub-floor, replacing defective wood, old joists and working in a tight crawl space. Pedro and team were diligent in getting the job done and completed the project rather quickly. I am pleased with the quality of his work and would hire him again.

DO NOT HIRE THEM. If I could rate 0 I would. The workers do not speak any English. My home was covered in massive dust. They did not follow instructions. Worst of all, they left the ENTIRE mess (ceramic tile) in garbage bags on my porch. After contacting Pedro six times, after which he PROMISED to pick it up, I had to hire someone to haul away at an addition expense. Save your money. Hire professionals - or dont be a fool like me and pay them before the job is done snd garbage hauled away as promised

Pedro and his team are good. They all are very kind, prompt and courteous. The work they did for me was beautiful and I have received many compliments on it. A bonus: the work started and was completed in a timely manner, faster than most but still good quality. The company does a variety of things and I plan to utilize them again. They will stay in my contact list for future projects.

Where to start. Lets do what they got right because that will be easy. There is paint on the walls. In some spots it looks good. Now the bad. There are ruts in my yard where they drove in it during two days of rain. They sanded mud and cleaned up almost none of the dust. My furnace is full of dust from sanding mud. There is a thick layer of dust in rooms they didnt work in. They did a lousy job of preparing the surface. They didnt fill low spots or sand high spots. They didnt prep the trim before they painted it and in some cases didnt bother to paint it at all. They broke the mini blinds when they took them down and they didnt put them back up until they were told to. They spilled orange soda on the mini blinds and didnt clean it off. There are parts to the mini blinds missing, probably thrown away. They left the furnace turned up to 90F when they left. When they ran into trouble they seemed confused about how to keep mud and paint sticking to the walls and then they gave up. Do not hire Pedro Flores or whichever of the multiple entities he calls himself (I found four or five on the Secretary of State business locator) It will take months to clean up the mess that they left behind. But there is paint on the walls. I thought going through Angi would weed out these types of amateurs but it did not. I am very unhappy with this whole experience. Back to the yellow pages I suppose.

Pedro and his helpers were friendly and helpful. He can do a wide range of home maintenance and repairs.
