Mr. Montgomery came in the middle of the night (or it might have been the early morning) and plowed my drive. This wasn't a problem, since I can work from home. He always does a good job, and is usually very responsive.

He won't return my calls. I left a message that he needs to return $55 to me, but he has not. I want him to send me a check for $55.

Gravel drive. Called that day to have snow removed/access to house.

He did a good job and I plan to use him again, and I have already referred others to him.

Called them to clear my driveway during the recent blizzard. They said they could do it that evening or the next morning. Never showed. Never called. When I tried to call them, I got the "this voice-mail box is full" message. I realize these were extreme conditions and overwhelming for any company doing snow removal, but what separates good companies from exceptional companies is their service during extraordinary conditions.

He was very but he worked me in. I would use them again.

We used Mr. Montgomery last year and were very happy. He actually called us this year after the first big snow and I returned his call. I told him I was interested in having him plow our driveway and my mom's who lives a few miles away. The day I spoke with him he said he would have it done that day or evening. I called him again about 5:30 as my mom needed to get out of her driveway. He said it would be done that evening or overnight. My mom called me at 8:30 the next morning and said he had just finished. He then came over to our neighborhood and plowed my neighbor's driveway and then ours. Even though the weather report said we got 5'' of snow, he charged me for the >6'' rate. I wasn't convinced we actually had six inches but paid him the higher rate anyway. Next time I will probably grab my yardstick! I have never had anyone plow in the past who had a fee scale like that unless it was a HUGE amount of snow (i.e. >10 inches). He did a good job with the plowing, however.

I contacted him at 9:30 am, and he said he would be there in a few hours. As of 10 pm, I've heard no response and put in a second call. I'm still snowed in.

He did a wonderful job. In fact, I have asked him to add me to his list of clients for any snowfall of 2" or more. He made a special point to squeeze me in on a day when everyone was desperately seeking snow removal services. He was kind enough to agree to do my neighbor's driveway, too. Just like others on Angie's List, I expect high quality and courteous service. My expectations were met with Mr. Montgomery. Other service businesses could learn some customer service lessons from Mr. Montgomery. I am now a repeat customer.

I called Mr. Montgomery when my husband was out of town during a recent snowstorm. I wanted the driveway cleared before he returned home. He agreed to do the work but told me it would come after other commercial and residential jobs. I said I needed to know when he would be there to be available to pay him and he said he would leave me an invoice and trust me to mail the check. I greatly appreciated this, since most contractors prefer to be paid at the time of service. I came home to a completely cleared and nearly ice free driveway. I see from his other reports on Angie's List that his average charge is between $30-65 for residential snow removal, so I feel that this is reasonable. I didn't think to ask at the time but I do wish I had requested that he also clear the sidewalk leading from the driveway to the front door. Overall, I feel that I got my money's worth. I would call Quik Cutt again in a similar situation.

One year ago we purchased a big old house with a lot of needs. We've probably had over 50 different people bid on or perform work. Theron is one of the top. He's a no nonsense pro who works very hard. He removed a huge number of leaves...great job!

They did an awesome job. We weren't one of their regular customers, but we called on the 8th and they were out within an hour or two. They offered to add us to their regular schedule and we agreed. They will be clearing the driveway anytime we get 2 inches or more.

Very responsive. Called back when they said they would. Worked us into their schedule on short notice. Snow removal team was courteous and friendly and did a great job! Now we're on their follow up list and we're comfortable knowing they will take care of us in the future.

These guys were great. They came out and removed ALL of the leaves in our yard. Then they left the invoice in the door and picked up a check the following day. We will definitely have them come back and bid additional yard work for us; including leaf removal next year!!

I called Quick Cutt on November 13 and asked them to remove the leaves and other debris from my yard. (They had done this for me last year and did a great job). I spoke to Theron Montgomery who told me that they were very busy but would get to me within a week or so depending on the weather. After waiting for two weeks, I called Mr. Montgomery again just to check-in and tell him not to forget about me. He responded that he already told me he was busy and that no, he would not forget about my yard. One month and one day after I first called, Quick Cutt came and cleaned my yard and gutters. It looks great.

Estimate took awhile to get, but afterwards work was performed promptly and well.

He was one of the first companies I received from Angie's List. I called the same day I got his name. 1 week later he finally returned my phone call. He said he would come out to give an estimate, but he came out six days later. I have a large driveway and he quoted me $50. He did later apologize for being late to return phone calls and actually come out, which I appreciated.

I was desperate. Snow was coming supposedly. Two other companies had failed to come through for me. Mr. Montgomery was outstanding and helpful. The company came out on a Saturday (December 2nd) and did a perfect job.

Well, the representative was a little abrupt, and didn't get back to me right away. They ended up doing a good job, though. I thought it was expensive.

Great. Mr Montgomery was able to work us into his busy schedule. Job done quickly and as requested.

Mr. Montgomery did a great job! This project would have taken me at least, 75 bags of leaves and a few weekends to complete myself. He completed in an afternoon, while I was out shopping! I would recommend him to others and will use him for all my other large lawn projects.

They did an excellent job! Not only did they thoroughly clear all of the leaves, including the ones in the flower patches and myrtle, but they also were very accommodating. They came out a few days after I called because we were having guests in town for the holidays. Very nice and professional. They even went the extra foot into my neighbors yards -- to make sure that there were no leaves on my property.

They had very prompt service and did an excellent job.

Theron was great. We called him to get an estimate on leaf removal. He came by that same day, gave us an estimate and he was able to fit us into his schedule for the next day. Rained, of course, but he still came by and waited for a while to see if the rain would let up. When it didn't, he came back the next day, still lightly raining, and completely removed all of the leaves. He was professional, friendly, on-time, and did a great job for a good price. He was here for over 2 hours and everything looks great.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB AND WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK PERFORMED.
