Quik Cutt Landscaping Co

We have Quik Cutt handle our lawn maintenance and have been very happy with the service. However, we have sent emails and called several times asking that our leaves be raked and/or mulched, and though Mr. Montgomery says he'll do it this week or the next, he just doesn't come out, or call to reschedule or follow through. Now it's December and everything's frozen, and we'll have a lawn covered with dead patches in the spring. We're annoyed.

They did an excellent job! They were very reasonable. We were really very satisfied. The gentleman was very pleasant. He came to do it and I had to leave, so I had him leave the bill under the mat. He introduced himself and his personality was very pleasant.

Exhausted from raking, I called Mr. Montgomery's cell phone after checking Angie's List and noting his overall rating of A. They offer free estimates and he was heading to the north side of Indy so he said he could swing by and give me a price. Arrived within half an hour, quoted a reasonable price, which I accepted. His crew loaded all the leaves up on tarps doing a quick, efficient job. He did exactly what I wanted on the day I called and I am exceptionally happy with the quality of the work. I will call him again for other outside chores.

Very good. The first visit Mr. Montgomery and his crew clean the yard spotless. I called them the day after the holiday to reschedule for another appointment, I needed them to do it as soon as possible. He told me he is booked until the end of next week, but he agreed to take care of it soon. The next thing I know, very surprised, couple hours later, they were in my back yard removing the leaves. I was very touched, despite the fact that he was sick, he proved his commitment to his customers. I am very thankful for his initiative and dedication. I will surely, 100% with no doubt recommend them and will call them back for landscaping tasks.

Work exceeded expectations. Estimate was accurate. Mr. Montgomery was very responsive. We called when leaves were down and he came shortly thereafter. We have used other services before and none compare in quality. The yards and beds were left in perfect condition.

This was a GREAT experience! I called Mr. Montgomery today requesting a quote and if possible have the job done today. At the time, he was on another job and stated he would be able to handle it today and would call me right back. He did exactly what he promised and his quality of work was OUTSTANDING! I highly recommend this company! Nice people!

Called several companies before finding one that would do a one-time mow. This company was very nice and willing to do it! He was able to fit us in just 2 days later. I also received a very nice follow-up call thanking me for my business. It was very evident that he takes pride in his work and company. I will definitely use this company again and feel comfortable about recommending him to anyone who asks! They also did a very nice job of a weed-whipper sidewalk edging as part of the service. Looks great!

When we called in July he was about to leave for vacation. He told us he would give us an estimate as soon as he got back which he did. We hired him about a month ago and he has been dependable and does quality work.

Montgomery arrived on a Friday night at approx. 4:30 and I wondered how they would accomplish everything before dark. He went through the entire property with a chain saw (that's what it looked like to me) and mowed everything down. I was impressed at first, because it was a lot of trimming. He asked me to look it over when they were done, but I couldn't see that there were leaves behind bushes and piles of debris not picked up; it had gotten dark by this time. The clean-up was not complete. They worked fast, but sloppy. And to add to my dismay, the crew took a bag full of my plastic clothespins with them. They must have loaded it on their cart. After a few weeks, and after telling friends and family what I paid, and seeing how much was not cleaned up. I called Montgomery and asked if he would return to finish the clean-up and return my clothespins. (They were one-of-a-kind that I bought from a catalog!) He agreed to return, said he had my clothespins, but never did come back.

He set up an appointment but didn't show up or call. Not dependable on coming by to give an estimate when promised.

They did the job very quickly and did exactly what I asked. They had good pricing and I was very happy with the professional work that they did. They were also very courteous.

He is doing an excellent job. I am developing several vegetable and flower beds, and he has been good about leaving those areas alone and working around them. He is reliable and efficient, and the cost is quite reasonable.

We were very disappointed, especially after all of the glowing reviews. We contacted them and they came out within a week to give us an estimate. They were then supposed to come out withing the next two weeks to do the work, and they never did. They then didn't return a call from my wife asking when they would come out. When I got a hold of them they apologized, blamed the weather (admittedly it had been somewhat rainy) and promised to come out withing the next two weeks. Three weeks (and only one rainy day, today) later and they have still not come out. Nor have they returned my call from two days ago. I am very disappointed that they not only did not come out and do the work (yes, there were weather issues, but it has been over a month and the last three weeks have been fine) but they have not returned two phone calls. We have had to delay putting in flowers, etc. because of this and now must find another contractor. Update: the comany did eventually come out and did do a great job. However, it did take them a long time to respond originally. After that they were much better. I would definitely use them so long as your weren't in a huge rush.

He does an excellent job and we are now going to hire him for yard work.

Theron did a fantastic job getting our yard mowed. He did an excellent job, even though the grass was pretty tall. He did a great job with the trimming and making sure the clippings were off the sidewalk and driveway.

We have had only one mowing experience with this company. We will use them throughout the mowing season. I am well pleased with the effort he made to work our mowing in at the last minute because our grass was becoming very high. He worked us into a busy day with his regular customers. Even though he had to finish in the dark, he said he would be there and he was.

We had the biggest snowfall of the year and it took a very long time for him to show up. He never ignored my calls and even though the removal time changed several times he did accomplish his ultimate goal of getting it done prior to the next morning. I will use them again in the future.

Mr. Montgomery called me right after I had called another company to do the driveway. He had been up until 4AM clearing snow but called by 9:10AM on Monday. He was very nice and would have done the job. I will call him next time.
