After getting the door unjammed he repaired the rails, untangled the cable, secured the rail mounting boards, reinstalled the 3 rollers that had fallen out and readjusted the rails from top to bottom. The door is quiet, operates smoothly and is better than when it was installed. He knows his stuff and is very professional.

My garage door made a lot of noise - sounded like it was going to break. I called Quality, & he was here within 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem immediately - replaced it - & was on his was. Trip & labor was $98 - part was $3.50. His company is on the south side of town, & I live on the north side - so he had to drive about 45 minutes each way & was here within hours of my phone call. I would recommend Quality & would call him again if needed. He was a pleasant, friendly gentleman. Door sounds good now.

They were able to come the same day as called. Rick took one look and immediately knew the problem and had it fixed within 20 minutes. He also fixed our door opener so that the lights worked again. They were great. The garage door stopped working last night. I left a message last night. They called this morning early and they came right away. Good quality we are very happy. Rick is great a really good guy.

I called their office and explained what I needed done and they said it was something they could do but needed to do some research. They called me back to say they had found the right part and give me a price qoute. I approved the quote over the phone and they bought the parts. They called the next day to set up the appointment. The day of the appointment Rick called to say he was on his way and make sure I was ready for him to be there since I was the first appointment of the day. When he arrived he clearly explained to me eactly what was going to happen, asked me where I wanted the key pad. After I moved my car he got right to work. While he was working I swept the garage floor. When he was done installing the key pad he helped me program it and explained everything I needed to know about them. Then he tested both garage doors and adjusted one that was running roughly. While I went to get payment he finished sweeping up the garage because he had some wood shavings from drilling the holes to mount the keypad and transmitter. When I got back to pay he helped me scoop the sweepings up into the trash. Rick was very professiona, polite, helpful and did a wonderful job. The whole install from when he arrived unitl he left took just about 30 min.

They came, removed the broken old garage door, put in the new one, including a little wooden trim at the top since it has odd dimensions, and hauled away the trash from it. Quick and professional.

Rick was who came out and informed me that he had been in the business for 30+ years. He was very nice and knowledgeable.

The garage door opener was old....20 years. Quality had installed that opener. No problem at all. Got right to work, got opener installed then inspected and pm some springs. A few days later we had some problems programming remotes in cars of family members. I called and office lady (sorry didn't get name) was so helpful and kind about it. She knows alot about garage door functions and will help if possible. Ricky called back and walked me through each step of programming the console remote in car. He would have come out too, which I was ready to pay for as this had nothing to do with door opener they installed, to get these outside remotes to work. But he was so nice and patient going over the steps. It worked!!

Quality Garage Door installed new springs, checked all hinges and cables, and made all the necessary adjustments to my door and it is running like new. Rick and his helper completed all work in less than a half hour and both were very professional and I would recommend them to anyone needing garage door repair.

Excellent experience Overall. I phoned Quality Garage Doors at 7:30 AM and Ricky answered and quoted me a price over the phone as well as communicated that he should be able to arrive the same morning. Ricky showed up at 9 AM and was done within an hour. The garage door slide also needed adjustment as the release kept coming apart from the arm. Overall, Ricky was all business, yet friendly and you could tell that he was very knowledgeable, experienced and enjoyed what he did. I would recommend Quality Doors to anyone and won't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Very Well. Showed up on time; did the job, cleaned up his mess, and performed routine maintenance on the garage door.

I was satisfied with what they did. They came out when they said they would. They did what they said they were going to do. I was satisfied with them.

Our garage door wouldn't open on Wednesday April 7 because the bolts that attached a hinge to the door had torn away. Our house is on the market and this had to be fixed quickly. Our realtor recommended Quality Garage Door and I checked them out on Angies List and they had an A rating so I called them on Thursday April 8. Rick came over the morning of Friday April 9 and did the repairs. When he first showed up I was a little apprehensive because he said he knew what the problem was without even looking at the door and he started commenting about the quality of the door. I thought he was going to try to sell me a replacement door. I had a similar experience with a plumber when our water heater wasn't working properly in the past. I explained that our house is on the market so a replacement door is not something we are interested in, just a garage door that works right. He said he could do the repairs but there would be no warranty. I said that I was ok with that and he went to work replacing the bolts that had come off the hinge. He also added bolts to most of the other hinges to reinforce them. He then did some maintainence on the garage door opener because the pressure sensor wasn't working properly. He fixed that and did some other work. We talked some while he was working and I started to appreciate his work ethic so after the shaky start I was happy with how everything turned out.

Rick came out the same day we called, which we did not expect. He determined that we needed a new opener. He didn't try to sell us one of his own, offering the option of purchasing independently and having him install. We planned to shop around but instead went ahead with what he uses. He was back in a few days, had the job done in less than an hour, and gave us an extra remote. Very nice, professional, and excellent service.

On Wednesday our garage door would not go up all the way. When we hit the control button, the door would go up a few inches, then stop and go back down. I called late afternoon and left a message for Jim about what our problem was. His voice message said he would call us the next morning between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. Sure enough, the call came about 7:40 a.m. By 1:00 p.m., Rick was at our house. He told us everything he could about our problem, then he went on to tell us how to maintain the door opener ourselves to prevent unnecessary repairs. The garage door opener was up and running by 1:30 for the low low price of $88.00!

We had not had power for awhile and then the garage door would not work. The door would not even openly manually. He came in on his day off so we had to pay a little more. My husband does not think the price was unreasonable under the circumstances. So far it is working beautifully.

JIM LIVINGSTON WAS VERY COURTEOUS, PROMPT, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HIS SUGGESTION OF REPLACING THE GEAR VS. INSTALLING NEW OPENER SAVED ME $150 .
